Very happy with the Trane heat pump and air handler. Same day estimate, from estimate to install was ten days! Ice & Fire have the best prices in town, other companies didn't even show up to give an estimate. I would highly recommend Ice & Fire. They are honest, reliable and upfront with fair pricing. The installers were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Thank you!

We recently replaced our heat pump and air handler. This price was the most competitive and I was very happy with Greg. He was great to work with from estimate and system recommendations to inspection of final installation. I feel comfortable that if any issues arise he will be there to help me deal with them.
Ice & Fire is an awesome company. They plumbed the propane piping from an outside propane tank, under the house, and into our kitchen to hook up our new gas range. Greg came out to our place and gave us an estimate and after the work was completed they honored the estimate even when the work slightly exceeded the estimate. The technician was friendly and very professional. We will recommend Ice & Fire again and again.
A Big Company quoted us $2500 to fix our A/C unit. We call Fire & Ice for a second opion. It turned out nothing was actually wrong with our unit. They did a full diagnostic and saved us a scetchy $2500 bill! We ppreciate the proffesionalism & quality service that Cory provided. Thank you!

Greg and his group @ Ice & Fire is the best!! Not only did they rescue my daughter and her husband in 100°+ weather when their A/C went out, but they also arranged financing. Last fall it was time for our furnace to die and one call to Greg and he sent a tech out right away. When they saw how old and dilapidated our system was, they walked us through the advantages of replacing the whole thing and again helped with financing it. In addition they made sure we received rebates from the power company! It is rare these days to find a company with such dedication, loyalty and service, but that is exactly what you get when you hire these guys!!

Greg is excellent to work with. He installed a new heat pump and furnace 14 years ago and it has been working flawlessly ever since. He has been willing to troubleshoot new system quirks over the years by phone call only. Of course, on hottest day of the year the air conditioning went out! Ice & Fire were quick to respond to a service call and Greg personally showed up to diagnose and fixed a small part in about 15 minutes. Our first call for any heating/air conditioning needs will be to Ice & Fire.
First the representative was on time. He was professional, efficient, personable and humorous. He was able to fix my unit and installed a new thermostat. He could have sold me a new unit since that is why I had invited him out. But he was able to put a new part in the heat pump, thus saving me from $5,000 to $7,000. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
Had a register that didn’t seem to be pushing heat out, technician check furnace and register everything checked out fine. Additionally he tutored me in how to program my thermostat which was most unexpected. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the service!

This company has been served my family well for years. Competent, clean and professional. Greg has gone out to my grandmothers house multiple times per winter, sometimes for a repair, sometimes for a little confusion on operating the thermostat;-) he and his crew have been respectful and understanding never “finding” a problem that did not exist. Fire and Ice replaced the furnace and air conditioning in my last home and had the best price and timeline of the 4 companies I called. They are no doubt the most honest and most reliable hvac company in the valley I recommend them to anyone who asks.
We put a heated driveway in when we replaced our driveway with pavers and Chris figured the best way to lay it out. He explained the difficulties and suggested a plan that worked out great for the driveway which is on a hill. I told Chris that" it will never snow in Yakima again after I put this system in". This winter we had no snow in Nov/Dec/or Jan. But the after the Super Bowl the next morning I looked outside and it had snowed. I went to look at the driveway and it was clear and steam was rising from the exhaust vent, the system was working exactly as designed. Another benefit is after the snowing all winter we had no snow piled up around our house. The best part of this project was working with Chris and his employees (Ice & Fire Mech.)who were attentive and knowledgeable, through every phase of the project. From the installation and testing of the system to the call after the first snow to see if every thing was working.
Greg and his team have been professional and efficient always. We’ve hired them to install our system when we built our home as well as maintenance as needed. They are quick, efficient and kind. Highly recommend! Wouldn’t call anyone else!
Ice and Fire work very hard to provide fast excellent service. They arrive on a job and are able to diagnose the problem and get repairs completed in a timely efficient manor. They are also looking for potential problems before they occur.
Wow. Wayne and Skylar were great to work with and completely installed a new mini-split in one day. Very friendly and did a great job.
