We recently upgraded our home's heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems. We chose Farwest from a word-of-mouth recommendation through a work acquaintance. This company was on-point from start to finish. Within several days of our initial call, they had a person on site to assess our current system, make upgrade suggestions, and provide an estimate. Within a week from the time of the estimate the field crew showed up and installed the new upgrades. They were timely, considerate of our privacy, and performed all work at a high level of craftsmanship. Thanks to the Farwest group for providing the service they do!
Outstanding experience. Everyone from the owner to the installers were fantastic. They provided me the best customer experience I have had in the 5 years I have lived in Yakima. Every aspect of my experience with this wonderful company has been absolutely incredible!

They showed up on time and did a great job. They did maintenance on my gas furnace and gas fireplace. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment but well worth it. Greg really did a through job. Very pleased. Update: Had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed June 2023. Love the kindness and professionalism of the staff. There was a leak in the AC due to a bad solder joint from factory that took a bit of patience to find but they were here first thing every morning until it was fixed. It took 2 visits after install. I understand stuff happens but these guys were on it and very attentive. Very competent and professional.

Farwest gave me a date for installation (after 2 weeks without AC in 90 degree weather). They were punctual! The job was done within one day and I slept comfortably that evening. There was a problem-with a breaker but an electrician was called and everything is in working order. The crew did a great job-let me informed of what was happening. New system-some things added. I love it. It is quiet.

These guys are top shelf from the office staff to the guys in the field, every one was very professional and Brent and Brandon work very well together, we were coming down to the wire of freezing temperatures and Kelby got the schudule to remove the old unit and next day reinstalled the new one very promptly, great job
We added an air-conditioning unit to an existing furnace and also converted it to natural gas from propane. A very pleasant experience, the crew was great and personable and very efficient. Because we had never had natural gas before it took longer for the install process but they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the outcome.

If you do choose to use this company, keep your children close! Their drivers have no regard for children's safety. I own a daycare and was putting 6 children on the bus with another handful waiting in the driveway and they flew past the red flashing lights and stop sign at 60+ mph. The bus driver blew the horn and the van completely ignored her, didn't even slow down!
Far West climate control was first class every step of the way. Ryan who was able to come out same day and give me a very quick and reasonable estimates and went over everything thoroughly, truly knowledgeable about everything he talked about and what we needed but not more than we needed. We had our whole new system installed within a couple days! I would recommend far West climate control to anybody and will get plenty referrals from us! Job well done all the way around
Without A/C in the middle of August this company really came through for my family. They replaced my old A/C and furnace with a new, high tech model. The crew: Matt, Brent and Kelby were both professional and courteous.
Our air conditioning and heat pump went out in the days prior to the 100+ temperature forecasts. Of course it went out on a Sunday. Farwest Climate Control's emergency call number was answered by a nice young man eager to help. Unfortunately, my system was shot and needed replacement. Farwest Climate Control was able to supply a new system and had a crew here Wednesday to remove and replace my entire system. I'm not often a reviewer, however, the service that Far West climate control provided was so above and beyond that I felt compelled to write this one. Great job by everyone, thank you very much.
From the initial phone call, through maintenance completion, these folks provided outstanding communication. Everyone was super helpful, kind and professional. I'll call on Farwest to perform system maintenance from now on.

The workers were professional and on time. Our breaker was mislabeled and they were able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. We are now in a comfortable home again because of Far West.
I just want to say these are the most professional and polite people I have ever dealt with. Juan and Greg were so very informative and thoroughly explained all our options. I highly recommend Farwest Climate Control.
