We are very happy with our new, efficient furnace/AC unit installed by Bernie a few months ago. He was very thorough and obviously very experienced, explained everything in detail, and he and his team did a great job. We would definitely recommend Allard Enterprises! :)
Bernie is amazing, was able to help me fairly quickly when my furnace went out. I didn' think I needed it fixed right away since it was late March, but he let me know it was connected to my A/C system and if I wanted A/C then it would be beter to fix it sooner rather han later. He recomemmended a better system to suit my two-story hiouse, made a stand for it (which was apparently missing before!), ran new piping for me, and installed a new digital thermostat. When the system said to call my dealer he was immediately there to check it out for me, and when I thought it was leaking water he was there the next day to fix it (my bad--needed a filter change :'-) I highly recomend his services--even my Chihuahua liked him!!!!
We have a very large fireplace with a propane burner. Bernie and his assistant made the necessary repairs and returned to make final adjustments. They have actually restored our fireplace like it was new again. We couldn't be more pleased!

Bernie Allard is professional and quick to respond to our needs. We own a 23 unit office building and several residential properties and Bernie has kept me and my tennants comfortable for over 20 years.. You won't go wrong hiring Allard Enterprises for any of your heating, cooling and gas fireplaces needs.
Run. Call anyone else but don't use this guy. I was warned about his unethical practices but didn't listen. I also thought it was weird that he wanted payment in full weeks before the project was completed.
Bernie came to my house and diagnose why my fireplace was filling with soot. He told me that there could be a few things that are wrong, but his main concerns were the rise and run on the exhaust, and that the fireplace was natural gas and not propane as it should be. After making a call, he told me they don't make a conversion kit and that I would potentially need a new fireplace. To make a long story short, they do make a conversion kit, and the information and diagnosis that I paid for from Allard was incorrect. I don't think he gave me the wrong information intentionally, but I still had to pay the price for it.
Allard just completed a complete replacement of my heat pump and furnace. I am so pleased with the project, a significant improvement in 100+ year old historic house. Mr. Allard and crew were pleasant, professional and considerate. I was kept informed all along the way. Thanks for a great job!
Thank you for responding appropriately now. But there should always be a warranty on parts..it was very expensive for the previous owner. There should be a noted warranty statement on parts and labor. Thank you for calling. We got it working. The warranty is not visible on the paperwork we recieved from the previous owner.
Very unprofessional never could keep a scheduled time during our 2 week installation of 2 mini split units. We payed him all but 800 of the total cost with the remainder being payed when the job was completed we are now almost a year waiting for the pump for one of the head units he has never returned to complete the job.
Thanks so much for repairing my furnace. Saved me over $1400.00 in repairs from Vance heating. Vance wanted to order new parts and charge $1600 to fix my gas furnace or replace it charging me $4650. It only took half hour to clean it and make it work.
Bernie installed my water to air heat pump 20 years ago. It has served me very well. My wife loves the uniformity of the heat. The fan just went out and he quickly replaced it on a Saturday. It heats our home very economically.
Called and they came promptly fixed a.c. no problems. Will use them from now on.
Very unprofessional...they never kept a schedule or time frame...took my spare key and refused to return it for 2 weeks...then claimed they lost it....and left the doors unlocked when they left and no one home...
