I have a multi-year service contract with Bob's Heating. This year Kyle Tilton came to my house to service my tankless water heater, the A/C and the Furnace. Kyle was wonderful, really professional and so kind. He taught me about my appliances and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to have Kyle come to my house today. I would recommend Kyle coming out to your house any day, he was that good!

I'm so glad I can give 5 stars I got A/C installed there was a little difficulty miscommunication at 1st and I was turning into a disgruntled customer. Fortunately for me Peter resolved it and made me a satisfied customer and turning this rating into 5 stars! Thank you Peter, Toran and Riley!
Over priced, didn't want to do ductwork, only high price heat pump installs.
Bob's Heating and Air Conditioner has been servicing my furnace for over 7 years and I higly recommend them. They have been prompt, reliable, and very responisve when I needed help. I have not had a problem with my furnce and heating system since. They have fair prices when it comes to their annual maintenence plans too.
They park their trucks in random neighborhoods for advertisement. Thr workers take up parking spots for people who actually live in the area.
We had yearly maintenance of the HVAC systems. Reilly arrived on time, was respectful of the property and wore shoe covers. He performed detailed work and such a nice guy. Looking forward to doing more business with Bob's AC 🙌
This is my first online review, ever! Reviews can build and destroy. This one builds. I'm an experienced general contractor and real estate investor. I understand vendors and how business works. This review isn't just about Bob's. It's about Mike. We call Mike the furnace whisperer. After 7 years, 5 different companies and 10 service trips our pesky furnace problem was finally solved. By Mike. He didn't talk much. Not unfriendly at all, just very focused. After about 20 minutes of testing, I thought he mostly stared at the thermostat. I was concerned at first. Until I began to speak and he raised a finger as to say...not now. I realized he must have been running complex furnace algorithms through his packed head of knowledge. 10 seconds later he quickly returned to the furnace. A few minutes later he returned and said the problem was solved. I almost laughed, impossible! I can now attest after six months of use, and disbelief, the problem is in fact, solved. Thank you Mike, please don't retire any time soon, your skill and professionalism is truly rare. A very happy customer!
Shout out to Rachael for helping rearrange schedules and making sure the tech had parts to repair our broken air conditioner. She went way beyond the normal to help us!
Woke up to find out that our furnace is not turning on. Called Bob's Heating to see if they can take care of it, they dispatched a technician, which was at my house in 30 minutes after the call, and in another 40 minutes everything was fixed. This is the fastest repair in my life.
I have worked with several other HVAC companies for residential and commercial, Bob's is the best. Very friendly, professional, and knows what they are doing. You know you are in good hands when multiple city inspectors tell you that they never have any issues with this company. Price was competitive, too.
Bob's replaced my furnace and I was very happy with the price and service afterwards! Highly recommend!
Repair call went great. Had a short on my Y1 wire. Chris came out to diagnose and take care of it. He called when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him, was polite and careful entering the house, let me ramble about things patiently, and knew right where the problem was most likely to be. He was happy to show me the problem, was up front about cost, and completed the repair quickly. Very pleasant and straightforward. Thanks Chris!
I was driving on the freeway and one of there drivers using the on ramp decided he wanted to be infront of me and used the shoulder to help pass. Then he brake checked me for using my horn at him. 3/9/2023 WA license plate D60609A
Originally, I contacted Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning for some basic maintenance, but over time, I've turn to Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my various heating and cooling needs. After moving into our house, we decided we wanted to add A/C to our garage, and Bob's made the entire process fast and easy. They got someone to come out, give us an estimate, and answer any questions. On the day of installation, they were on-time and very professional. Fast forward a few months and a few power outages, we also decided that we should get a generator. Just like the garage A/C, the entire process was super fast, smooth, and convenient.
Cole was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped with an issue we had with the heat in my house and installed a new user friendly thermostat. He took the time to make sure both my sister and I understood how it worked. Educated us on how often the furnace and AC should be looked at and when to replace the filter. I highly recommend Cole at Bob’s Heating. Thank you!
Do not go through Bobs for any service! I was a long time customer of bobs but they only care about sales
My Heat pump started to fail after 16 years, so I decided to have both my heat pump and furnace replaced. I reached out to 3 local installers, including Bob's. Bob's estimator actually spent the most amount of time with me out of the three bids, provided good advice ( specifically going with a 4-ton system instead of 5 for my size home), had the most detailed estimate, and also had the lowest price of the three bids. They were able to accommodate the install date of my choice and showed up on time. For my furnace and heat pump install, they showed up with six people who worked together as a team to get the installation completed in 1 day. When they arrived, they discovered some additional complexity with my installation. They handled it smoothly, took on the additional work, and didn't charge me a dollar extra to make it work. Throughout the day, they were super polite and tidy and answered all of my questions. I had some additional specific requests about how I wanted everything controlled via my Ecobee Premium ( multi-stages, humidifier etc. ), and they accommodated all of my requests. The new furnace is working great, and the quality of the install is WAY better than the mess of wires that were done with the original furnace that was done 16 years ago. THANK YOU so much. After my complaint, a gentleman from Bobs named Kalen, contacted me and took a look of my furnace yesterday. We had no heat again after that. When I found out we had no heating 4:00am in the morning. I got scared for this winter weather. I texted him. He did respond me at 5:00am, and came to my home this morning. He accidently touched the safety switch from yesterday's inspection. Now I have heat. Although I am not happy about their service, I do like the fast response from Bobs. Orignial post: Last Tuesday, a technician came to my home to do maintenance on my furnace. He told us we need to hire an electrician because the circuit breaker panel in the garage was bad. Then he left. My furnace was not working at all. We hired an electrician last Friday. He found someone had improperly wired the service switch at the furnace. He re-wired it and now my furnace is working. Nothing wrong with Circuit breaker in garage. First of all, my furnace was working fine for past 3 years. Bob Heating is the original installer of my furnace. In July this summer, we contacted Bob Heating for a quote to add an air condition. Bob heating is the only company who has been in attic to look at/work on my furnace. Obviously, someone from Bob Heating changed the wiring of my furnace either this summer or last week. I was forced to hire an electrician to get my furnace re-wired when any normal HVAC technician should be able to do it.
