My furnace was blowing cold air. So many companies were charging large fees to solve the problem which used to be called an estimate. When I contacted Adams Heating & Air Conditioning they said they would come and give an estimate. They came right on time, fixed the problem with the best price possible. This company has moved into my contacts as they have won my business.
Adams Heating & Air Conditioning is a great heating and cooling company. The office staff is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Every technician who has been here has been the same - knowledgeable, courteous, always on time, and able to diagnose and fix what needs to be done.
Very bad service. They installed our ac and there was a problem with it. We have to keep calling them to send the technician and it’s not even resolved after that.
Based on my experience, I have no idea how this company has such high ratings on Google. (Almost feels like scam ratings to me.) - I contacted them in January to install a new AC. THAT they did within 2 days. They couldn't test it then because the weather was cold but they told me they "won't leave me high and dry". Guess what, that's exactly what they did. - When the temperature went up in end of April, I turned on the AC. It worked for a couple of hours and brought down both the AC and the furnace. - I called and called and it took them 2 days to send a technician over. For 2 nights, we slept in the cold without any heating. - By the time a technician came, I myself figured out that the problem was that the AC was leaking water and a safety sensor was then turning down both the AC and the furnace. The technician "fixed" the problem. - The AC+furnace stopped working the next day. The technician came and said the sensor is faulty and I need to pay $$ to replace it. I told him this sounds like a big coincidence that the sensor broke right with the installation but he said "things happen". - I can still buy that argument but, yet again, it has been 3 business days (plus a weekend) but they haven't sent anyone to fix the problem. Other things to keep in mind (if you still decide to use their service): - Their customer-service is pretty useless. I can't remember how many times I've heard "I've sent a message/escalation to the technician and/or his manager" and "I sincerely apologize". But, when I ask to talk to someone higher up, they say they "can't" (not that they "won't"). Today, the lady told me she won't even open a "job" because she can't. After a dozen calls, it seems their phone support is somewhere outside the US and it only routes requests to a handful of humans. - No website. Another sign that they are not a proper business - just some set of people that work based on some outsourced phone support system. I'll recommend you pass on Adams and choose a prop
They were able to get me an appointment within a few days of making my request, and they were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I will definitely use them again!
I've used them for several years and am always happy with the service. They are always on time, and their prices are great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating or cooling services!
I am so glad I found this company! They are so knowledgeable and professional. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was really important because my heating system had been acting up and I needed it fixed right away. They were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, and they even cleaned up after themselves! I will definitely be calling them again if anything else goes wrong with my heating system in the future!

I called the company because I was having trouble with my AC. They came out and found that the problem was not with their equipment, but rather my system was too old to handle the cooling load of my home. They were able to install a new system that is more efficient and reliable for me. I'm happy to have a new AC so I can stay cool during the summer!
