We are very happy with Ricky's help this week. Our heat pump stopped pushing out any heat. He cleaned our coils and showed us what might have went wrong, reset the machine and even optimized our thermostat keypad. Great job.
I had an emergency heating problem. Mike scheduled me a next day visit. He arrived on time with enthusiasm and a smile. He knew exactly how to fix my heat pump. He was quick and cheep!

Our 50 year old electric furnace finally gave out and we wanted to upgrade to a heat pump. Had multiple HVAC companies come out for bids. Kyle and Experts were by far the most knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced! Quite rare, and a welcome surprise to find the best company, with the best equipment also had the best price! I don't give out many 5 star reviews, but Kyle, Brittany and the install crew were all fantastic. Answered all our questions, did great professional work and were super responsive. Would highly recommend if you have any HVAC needs for repair or installatioin.
Ricky accurately diagnosed the issues with our HVAC system, ordered the parts and will complete the repairs pending arrival of parts. He is an excellent technician!

New homeowner and didn’t know what to do about my old gas furnace that was acting up. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even went out of their way to teach me how to clean my heat pump. In the end, it was a simple issue and they didn’t even charge for the labor. Definitely recommend!

very responsive and engaged in my issue before the visit to help me understand the issue and possible remedies right away. because my furnace was failing they expedited my service with no additional charge . Ricky the technician walked me through the troubleshooting process and gave me preventative maintenance tips . he also helped me avoid $1000 in work . Brittany the dispatcher collected video and hardware specs so the tech was prepared with all replacement parts so the job could be completed in one visit . awesome company and more affordable than the competitors by 40%
Truly are experts!!! They found several problems I was having that other companies couldn’t find. Also purchased a new heating/ac system very clean professional install great system our upstairs now heats and cools. Other companies just told me systems don’t cool upstairs.

We can't say enough about our positive experience with Experts Heating & Cooling. We had an old Geothermal Heat Pump system which had reached the end of its life. Kyle showed us options for a new, efficient conventional Heat Pump system and walked us through the pros/cons of each part of the system when we were selecting options. The crew showed up for installation when they said they would and were professional and efficient. We utilized our old duct work in the house and Kyle's crew went above and beyond to remove the old patched together system and rebuilt it to look like new. Thanks to Kyle and Brittany for providing us with exemplary service. We are very pleased with our new system and recommend Experts Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for professional installation.
