The AC Repair Contractor Ray had come on time, repaired the problem to my h vac and ac control box at my house. Professional at what he does, very detailed oriented, and friendly. My family says thank you Ray. P.S. Better give this man a raise.
I want to thank Cody DeVault, the estimator, for all his help. He saved me a lot of money. He knew what system I needed and did a great job. The installers, Noah and Terry, were very professional, friendly, and put up with my 5 pound guard dog. They were fast and really great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heat/ac work done..

We hired this company to service our HVAC system. A technician came out less than a year ago to perform maintenance on our system. We were having no problems but we wanted to sign up with a local company so we would receive priority when things did go wrong. Our furnace broke Christmas Eve. We left messages. We received no reply. When my husband called Dan's on the 26th of December the woman my husband talked to told him to call someone else. Abysmal customer service. We understand that there was some horrible weather. There may be circumstances that we are unaware of. We did call someone else. They came Wednesday December 27th. We now have a service agreement with that same company.
I have tried Dan's twice. The 1st. The tech broke something and told me it was like that. Don't lie just say you broke it. It took a few phone calls but it did get fixed. I blame the tech not the company and was years ago. My heat quit on the coldest day. I needed a part. I knew what I needed so I stopped by. I was just looking for some help or even pointed in the right direction. What a wast of time. Four guys in the office and non willing to even give me the time of day. I would have paid anything to get my heat working again. You know the part I needed and where to get it. I did not. They said they did not sell parts over the counter. OK. Told them I was just trying to get heat. I ask them if you had any emergency appointments and would pay what ever. 1 guy pipes up with out even looking at the schedule sometime in mid Feb. I do service work also. I would never leave a customer without giving them opitons. All I wanted was a little advice. 4 guys talking about what they are going to do over the long weekend could not be bothered. I did find someone to help and have heat now. I will never waste my time with Dan's top notch.
Sean and Terry were delightful service technicians. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and great with my two little "ankle biters" who wanted to be a part of everything the men were doing. Their work was efficient, they clearly knew what they were doing and they left everything neat and tidy as they exited. Highly recommend this group. They represented loyalty to their company and were very customer service oriented.

Great company! Kyle was very prompt, helpful, and did a great job with my furnace maintenace. Gave great recommendations as well. Will be using them again this summer.
I called Dan's at 10 in the morning and they were there by 1:00. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes. Best part, they didn't take me across the coals. Definitely top notch

OK. Not a great experience. I had a Mitsubishi 3 head ductless heat pump installed. AC didn't work at first, it took them several days to return to fix a condensate pump. The weather was hot. I whined about the wait, given that I had just spent over 12K for a new system. She said there was nothing she could do. Then, after repair, the aforementioned condensate pump was so loud it woke me up all night until I personally fixed the rattle. Next a leak, I had to turn unit off for days until they repaired that. While he was fixing leak I noticed they had not sealed wall around coolant lines and drains ....I could see the great outdoors . He told me I could foam it in by unscrewing exterior coverings.. The guy who sold me the system, made a lot of promises that were not in the actual bid. Like removal of wall heaters and sheet rock repair. I let that slide. there were a lot of people involved; the salesman, installers, electricians, repair guy and office staff. I appreciate the difficulties and expense involved in coordinating this project. Everyone was nice enough, but nobody called to see if all was working well post completion. Two years later….. A improperly installed unit leaked causing $20,000 in damage to floor and ceiling. They were kind enough to put me in contact with their insurance company who blew me off. Later another head leaked and they made me wait 2 weeks for repair, it was in my one clean, cool space during the demolition and reconstruction. I was amused that they actually had the gall to leave a bill on the counter by the plastic walls around the area of water remediation in the middle of my house. I went through 2 months of house hell in the middle of summer due to their bad workmanship.
I used them for maintenance on my furnace an I was very happy with the service. So when I wanted to add AC they were my 1st call. The tech told me a traditional unit wouldn’t work the space by my furnace is to small, you’ll have to have wall units. I’ll send you a quote. A month later still no quote or returned call. I called another company they said yes the space is small so it is more difficult which can cost more in labor but we can do it, quoted me that day!
Fantastic service and very professional team of installers. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. The ductless AC system they recommended and installed is perfect for the new room we have built.

My names Eddie, just had a repair tech named Kyle come out and within 15 minutes he figured out exactly what my problem was, addressed it, and had my unit cooling in no time. I was quite impressed. Even while I was asking question after question about how everything worked he was still efficient and got my house cool! I know where I will be calling if I have anymore problems with my ac unit, thanks Dan's Top Notch!
Appreciate very much the two Daikin ductless heating and cooling products. Installed in 2014 and have reduced my heating bills by half AND provided missing air conditioning for warm weather. I have only had three maintenance services in 7 years ( my bad) and will switch to annual because these products and Dan’s have served me well and I should treat the products respectfully as well. Service on April 21, 2021 was performed capably and professionally by Kyle H. He was friendly and very thorough. He explained some issues I was having which were my doing. He meticulously cleaned around him and was concerned about dust which occurred because I didn’t clean the filters regularly enough. The units are performing beautifully now. Good service but very over priced. I understand that people have to make money but the guy was at my house for 15 minutes, didn't actually do anything and charged me over $100.
