I've been a customer of West Sound Comfort Systems for over a decade now. This company is amazing! I have a complicated/old in-floor radiant heating/hot water system so when the furnace stops so does the heat and hot water. Usually when I call them it is an emergency because both don't work. The technicians are experts that come out to fix this complicated system know exactly what to do, troubleshooting causes for failure. They always get the job done. Jae, who answers the calls and schedules the appointments is amazingly efficient and makes things happen fast! She is refreshingly accommodating and knows what questions to ask to best get the service done quickly when the technicians arrive. West Sound Comfort System provides the kind of service that is hard to find these days. You can’t go wrong with West Sound Comfort. They are the best!!
We've had West Sound service our radiant heat system for the last 3 years. Their technician Jonathan is very knowledgeable and efficient. Sometimes it's a little difficult to schedule service but the office staff works hard to make it happen. Very happy with their work.

We have used west sound for several years to maintain our radiant floor heating system. The work has always been excellent. The few times repairs have been needed they were done quickly and at the cost proposed. They also upgraded our system when our old boiler died and the new, more efficient lowered our propane consumption. Highly recommend them
Service guys do a great job with maintenance, and when we had a problem, they responded promptly and accurately.

Technician was cordial, safe, clean on-time and knowledgeable. Performed Tankless Water Heater and Hydronics (zone controller) System inspection, test and maintenance tasks with skill and efficiency. Shared his knowledge and recommendations willingly. Knew his craft. Worth his cost. Office staff were cordial, knowledgeable and responsive.

Technician followed up on annual maintenance check to check possible problem, and was able to make a few adjustments at no charge to fix issue.

I called West Sound first thing this morning because a hot water valve had been leaking all the long Memorial Day weekend. Branden, a repairman/maintenance man was sent out at noon to replace the leaking part. He then proceeded to perform the annual maintenance procedure and was soon finished. Branden was so pleasant, patient and quietly thorough. He has serviced my heating system so knew his way around both in the house and in the garage where the furnace is located. So nice to have someone so competent!
Replaced a part on the boiler in record time. Always great service and at a reasonable price.
