Miss them. Why did they close? Nothing else is as good.
Arnold and Mathew were very polite and knowledgeable. Would ask me a couple of times to make sure everything looked they way I wanted it.
Called for an estimate for a small gas piping job and they said they needed to provide an estimate, cost of estimate $169. That was after listening to their free estimate on anything recording while on hold. They obviously have more business then they want.
Stay away from this company!!! This is our second year of complete and utter incompetency. We live in Seabeck and last year we had them replace everything brand new (furnace, tankless water heater, heat pump)- it’s been literally the worst decision of my life. Last year we were without heat and water for over 3 weeks during that bad storm. Today we’re having the exact same problem and no one is picking up. Words can’t describe how disappointing and frustrating this is.
Kevin at Quality immediately responded to an after hours emergency call and came over straight away to answer questions, troubleshoot and fix my father's furnace in under an hour. Kevin has been servicing our equipment for years. He's always friendly, thorough and helps keep us on schedule. He even recommended the best places to stock up on filters so we're prepared for his next visit.
We have been customers of Quality Heating for about twelve years and found the company to be a great business. Communications is normally very good but, there have been a few issues with communications which were resolved. Workmanship is excellent. Our current furnace was installed and maintained by Quality Heating over ten years ago, Kevin has been doing an excellent job of maintaining our furnace. Recently within a month of servicing the furnace a control switch developed an issue. Kevin was dispatched to our home to troubleshoot and fix the furnace which he did. He was very careful to ensure the furnace issue was resoved before leaving. WELL DONE KEVIN!!!
Kevin just left and as usual was on time and got right to work. He's been doing our maintenance for several years and we have always been pleased. Being a friendly fellow is always a bonus!
I have had Quality Heating install my furnace and service it for 12 years. The technicians have always been professional and skilled. Today was no exception. I had a problem develop with the condensate pump and was stressed. Kevin assessed the issue promptly and completed the necessary repair skillfully. He is obviously very experienced and patiently listened to my concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Quality Heating.
Quality has been doing maintenance on my system since installation in 2010 and it runs fantastic! Kevin who does the maintenance is top notch and always helpful and informative.
Kevin did an excellent job servicing my heat pump and water heater. I pay on a maintenance contract and save money.

A big shout out to Kevin Lohile for the excellent service provided while performing maintenance checks to my heating/AC systems on 9/14/22. He was very knowledgeable and informative and made me feel comfortable with the work he was doing. He made a couple of safety recommendations which I followed up on a couple a days later. He was very through and focused on each of his required tasks. Look forward to his next visit.
Awesome company to work with. We are very pleased with our two units that were instead almost 1 yr. ago.
We had Kevin from Quality Heating located in Silverdale, WA here at our home to do a basic service on the gas furnance and AC unit. He is very knowledgable and I learned alot about our system and the proper care of both the heat and AC. We feel confident that our system will provide what we need for this coming winter and also signed up for their yearly service plan in order to keep the systems working properly in the future. If we had not had this service done now we might have incurred future problems and more expense in the future. Thank you Kevin.
Kevin was amazing! He was prompt and put in our new motor in no time. He was efficient, polite, professional, and hilariously entertaining (a bonus!). We have been customers for 10+ years and would recommend Quality Heating services to anyone.
Gas furnace and instant hot water annual service was done by a high tech qualified and performing technician in just one and a half hours. Fan speed was increased slightly. Firebox inspected for leaks. Ignitor cleaned and inspected. Instant hot water system run thru checks to ensure proper operations. System flushed with a cleaner. Ignition checked. Computer software checks run. Questions answered in a professional manner by Kevin.
Over a month ago Tori came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace and AC. She promised to get me the estimate by the next day. A month later, I've never heard a word from her despite trying to reach her several times. The office apologizes and promises to forward my message on but nothing changes and I've never received an estimate. Given the lack of response when I'm trying to buy a new system from them -- I'm definitely not confident they'll be here when I need them to service it so I'll look elsewhere. I'm surprised I need to post this -- the other reviews are mostly positive, but it sounds like I've had the same experience as Marissa Williams who was also ghosted by Tori. I'm fine if you're too busy to estimate the work, I just wish someone would tell me that so I know to look elsewhere!
Kevin performed annual maintenance on my Daikin Ductless System. Gave me lots of tips which were very useful and will help me keep the outdoor/indoor units working efficiently. Excellent service.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, Lead Technician for Quality Heating and Air Conditioning. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Had two capacitors that needed changing and unlike some technicians who would have just advised the parts needed to be replaced, Kevin took the time to show why the parts needed replacing. Kevin also asked if we had batteries in out thermostat, I didn't think we did, Kevin looked low and behold the thermostat did contain three batteries that were in desperate need of being changed. I have been a customer of Quality Heating and Air Conditioning for several years now and have never had a bad experience with this company.
