I've been using this company for a few months now, and I'm not going back to the old place. They have great customer service and they really take care of their customers. The prices are reasonable and they don't try to overcharge you like other places do.

Richard , our technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He treated both homes with great respect. He wore shoe covers and kept his work area very clean. He provided helpful information regarding maintenance. We will use Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning again for maintenance and other service needs.
Greg was a very personable, considerate, and knowledgeable young man. He seemed very trustworthy. I appreciate that he called me on the morning of the appointment to tell me his arrival time. And I liked that he asked if I preferred he wears a mask. He patiently demonstrated how to clean the furnace filter. He suggested that I have a high-efficiency air cleaner installed. I declined that for the time being and he accepted my decision without any high pressure, and I appreciated that too.
Professional and reliable! I've been putting this off for too long. They came, we're kind, professional. Explained the service. Explained what we did and--importantly--what we didn't need. Would recommend it without reservation!
