Mike came out to fix my GE fridge. It wasn't getting cold on the top. Freezer was ok. He repaired it. Mike was very professional, very clean, took time to show me some things I never knew about running the fridge at its optimum settings. I would most definitely use 98 Appliance again.
Wow!!! To say I had a good experience with the company would be understating how wonderful they are. I have a brand that not may people would service (SMEG). The few others who would service it, offered timelines that were months and months away. My refrigerator was fixed in under two weeks, and that is with the wait for the part. Others told me it could be months to wait for a SMEG part. I was blown away. The communication was good. They were extremely professional, took care of my home, were fast, reasonably priced, and to top it all off they were kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable and people of high integrity. I feel so lucky to have found 98 Refrigeration Appliance Repair.

These guys came over quickly and fixed some shoddy electrical work by a handyman, and then fix the dishwasher as well… Would definitely hire them again, and again, and again!
My refrigerator stopped cooling and at 15 years old - I thought for sure I was buying a new one. I called about 2pm and Mike came to diagnose about 6:30 the same day! He was able to tell me the price to fix it on the spot and was done in about 15 minutes! Mike was great - even gave me some additional tips to better maintain my refrig. I would call him again if I needed additional help and refer him to my friends!
Mike showed up a little late but quickly diagnosed the issue with our fridge. Since our fridge is a bit older, the part we needed was no longer available so he was unable to complete the repair, but showed me where we can locate the missing part and fix it ourselves. He waived the cost of our diagnostic in exchange for us leaving this review.

Great experience. My LG refrigerator stopped cooling this morning and 98 Refrigerator Appliance Repair showed up within 40 min. Repair done quickly. Technician was polite and with good communication skills. Definitely will hire them again in future.

Andrii came out and assessed our washer issue in just a few minutes. Had the part and walked me through what had happened. He then gave me additional tips for our dryer. He was thorough, complete, and worth the cost. He cleaned up really well after as well. He was even able to come the next day after our washer broke. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was prompt to schedule and arrive the next day after our call. Was able to diagnose and repair our dishwasher the same day. This was at our rental property so we were unable to hand him the check at rhe time. But he was very nice to allow us to post the check to him. Great service and would 100% recommend him and his company to anyone.

Mike was incredibly prompt and able to fit me in that morning when my ice tray was overflowing with water. Arrived at the beginning of the window and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within the hour. Hope I don't have any more fridge problems but will be happy to call him back if I do.
