I called because I am desperate to find a part for an older model home AC and all they said was "Sorry, we aren't selling individual parts." and hung up as I was trying to ask if they could give me a referral to anyone who might. I work in the service industry and would have at least finished listening and tried to assist given that I know my industry far better than anyone who would be calling for help.
I used them for my heating and cooling needs. They were very responsive and provided me with an estimate quickly. They were also able to fit me in when I was having trouble getting someone else out of my house quickly enough, which was very helpful! Their prices were fair and competitive, and I would definitely use them again!
