Called about portable AC unit repair, some clown named Ivan told me that they can do that and there'd be a $125 service fee for the technician coming out (waived if the technician did the job) which seemed expensive, but hey, if they actually did portable AC it would have been fine. Then an hour later I get a call back, "we don't actually have a technician who works on portable AC units". Waste of my time.
I called because I am desperate to find a part for an older model home AC. Customer Service was ideal. My contact information and needs were taken to be passed to the people who would be able to determine if they could assist me. They call back right away to let me know that they don't work on portable AC units and thus do not have such a part. Thanks for the good CS.

The team handed quick and professional service to my parents when their AC was having problems. The team was responsive in getting the appointment listed and arrived on time. Unfortunately their AC and furnace demanded to be replaced. The citation handed was truly fair. The team came and replaced the units and did a awful job.
Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our heater broke down today and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He also went the extra mile and cleaned some of the parts before putting them back. Would definitely recommend their services.

I am very wary of AC companies, however, my neighbor recommended their service. The technician was very pleasant and personable. He was an exemplary character. He explained and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied with the service!
Outstanding service Within 24 hours of my reservation, they showed up as expected, and they immediately fixed the two heating problems. I even looked into the guarantee on my appliance, which only asked that I pay for labour and provided free parts.
