I'm a returning customer of them and I have to say that my experience with them has been nothing short of spectacular. The service is always prompt, friendly and professional. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied with the service they receive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning services!
I had a minor wiring issue with a new unit installed by Orion Heating and Cooling Seattle. Fortunately, Marcus and Joe came out the same day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They were very polite, friendly, and professional! Every experience I’ve had with this company has been very positive and I plan to continue working with Orion for any future AC and Heating needs. I’d recommend them to anyone.
