Norman and his skilled crew are prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. They responded right away, having next day, even same day service. My fridge is better than new, and I thought it was a goner 😊
Sears warranty, refrigerator repair.
Can not recommend this conpany enough. Our AC went out on us on Friday night right before the heat wave. They where able to come out late Saturday evening to inspect the ac and furnace (that had no power do to me trying to fix it). They picked up the parts Monday and where able to come back same day and take care of us. The technician was super friendly and fast. Will be keeping their number and recommending friends.
Do not use this company. We have a very simple repair we've needed for months. They were very quick to diagnose the problem, take our diagnosis fee, and then disappear. Each time we call, it's a different excuse, and they've missed several follow-up appointments.
The service was excellent. I have been a customer for about 13 years. They have installed and serviced my ac, furnace and recently the mini split in my family room. We have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out to Nortech for a quote. They had someone come out within the hour! They gave me the best quote and I’m so glad I went with them. It only took a few days to get parts for my commercial freezer and they had it back up running in no time! Kuya Josh and Uncle Norman are the best in the business. Thanks for your great service. Customer service seemed like they didn't know how to navigate customers properly. Asked me to email them some information but never got back. Would not recommend companies that have difficulty with day-to-day communications.
Hard to schedule, techs show up unprepared. Couldn't do the fix and left us with no refrigerator when only the freezer was broken before the tech showed up. This was a Friday, and still 4 days later he hasn't been back, costing us hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. So unprofessional!
Nortech came and installed our Ductless System in our house. They are very professional and fair price. I highly recommend this company to friends and family.
Technician was very prompt with work and completed project way ahead of schedule. Installed the tesla charger and made sure it was 100% working before they left. Definitely would not hesitate to call Norman and his guys if me or my family ever need any sort of service.

I had a heater problem, called nortech, they came quick fixed my heater and then did a follow up to make sure everything is working. I would recommend this company to my family and friends if they have any heating and cooling issues.
Prompt & excellent service. Technician was very professional. Called Nortech to have my Furnace repaired during the cold spell Service technician showed up at the house almost instantaneously. He did the diagnostic and pin pointed the defective parts right away. Our furnace is very old so he had a difficult time searching for a part supplier. Technician has to go and pick up the part 20+ miles away from the house. He made sure the furnace is fixed and got it operational right away.
Technician by the name of Hai is very detailed in explaining what he is doing with our furnace and that gives us reassurance that he can fix it most especially in this cold weather. Highly commendable for this job. They are well trained and very professional. Repair and labor is cost-effective with good results. Kudos to MR. NORMAN DOMINGO (NORTECH HEATING, COOLING AND REFRIGERATION) and to HAI NGUYEN your expertise made our house warm and comfortable. THANK YOU

Price gouging at its finest. Charged $935 for replacing the compressor on a fridge, took him 20 minutes.

Norm and his team did an astounding Job with our walk in refrigerator repair. They were prompt, professional and priced fairly. I was lucky that I used them and will definitely use them again. I can’t recommend this company enough!!! 5 star service!
