My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with the services he provided! He was very professional, informative and thorough in his service. He came out to our house after we called him and gave us a quote on what he would charge us for our unit. We decided to go with him because of the price and the fact that he was able to schedule us within 24 hours. We had an issue with our unit and he was able to come out quickly without any problems. He fixed our problem immediately and returned it to working order. My boyfriend had taken too long doing laundry on a hot day and when we called him back to see if he could come back out he did right away! We will definitely be using him again in the future!
Twice in the past few months, I have tried to book Meer for an appointment, and they schedule me right away, just to call me back 30 minutes later and cancel. I am sure they do good work, but they are not reliable from a scheduling perspective.
Meer Heating & Air Conditioning were was able to arrange an urgent service appointment on the same day. Near the beginning of the repair window, the technician arrived on time. He rapidly examined and replaced boiler components to restore heat. I'd certainly give them another call should the need arise.
I wish I could give 10 stars to this awesome company. Great customer service and quick response. Technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very thorough and explained everything. Prices are great, do not feel like you are getting robbed! Very pleased with this appointment today. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!
Awesome company to do business with. Their crew is very professional and reliable. They come at the stated time and are always friendly and explain what they did thoroughly. I like their new email notifications that tell you exactly who's coming. I am glad I have a company I can count on to provide reliable HVAC services!
