Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work. Hoping this review helps other who are looking for help.
Great company but the conference room experience was disappointing.
I tried to contact Mckinstey for a quote and they never contacted me back.

Mckinstry is an absolutely great place to work!
The Regional Project Manager Larry Mayotte, tried using his title at Mckinstry to bully another business, to try and get discounts/ unreasonable refunds. I do not recommend doing business with any company that employs Larry Mayotte as I feel he is very unethical. Mr Mayotte also makes Mckinstry look bad any time he bullies a business while using the Mckinstry name.
Driver of vehicle #1535 blew a stop sign at Marine View Dr and Slayden on 5/14 at 4:10pm in Tacoma. The driver almost hit me head on since I had the right of way. Next time I will let you hit me. You will be out of a job and I will get a new car. If this is the type of people that work for this company AVOID THEM!!

Rude weird people..Waited 2 hours to be unloaded. The guy said he had other things to do, but he was sitting on his desk doing nothing. Just to be jerk....

One of their drivers was too big to get out of his truck at home depot and slammed his door into my work van. I wasn't close at all. C'mon man!

We did two projects with McKinstry. very good company. their field Tech Mike is the best, very good to work with. i recommend their fire protection department for any future projects in the area.
