Absolutely the most unreliable service dept. I’ve EVER experienced. For the past 5 years it’s been like pulling teeth just to get someone respond to an email or simply pick up the phone. Being that they’re the exclusive Reps for LG VRF systems, this is completely unacceptable. The parts dept and fluid tek have always been solid but service is an absolute JOKE. THANX FOR REPEATEDLY LETTING ME DOWN JB!
Well...I work here, so i better give them good review, right? 😄 They've been very understanding during pandemic. We've all stayed REALLY busy - business was open but mainly closed to general public. They could have been open to public, but thankfully for our employees still going in, they were't. I went in only 3 times during the first 14 months after the WA stay at home order.

They shipped me a part wrong. Charged me $600 in freight for the part. Would not reimburse me the $600. Then tried to charge me a restocking fee for the wrong part. After months of complaining they finally took off the restocking fee.... but I was still out the freight .
