My home heating hydronic system had been pumping hot water throughout my home for as long as I’ve lived here - 4 years. In the summer the house was extremely hot. A number of people had looked at the system with no suggestions. When Josh Ogle from Integrity Energy Systems came out to address another issue, he showed me how to mitigate the extra heat and my home is now far more comfortable. I am so happy! If you ever have any issue with a hydronic system call Integrity and ask for Josh. He is the man!
All of my service requests through IES has been such a pleasant, easy, and positive experience. Both Ibs and Kyle are amazing technicians who do a great job on site, and take the time to explain everything to me. Their rep Angela is also so helpful over the phone, and keeps me updated every step of the way in terms of the technicians arrivals. She also took the time to explain the warrantees and annual maintenance plan to me, which I really appreciate! Overall I really enjoy working with this company, and can always expect excellent and prompt service.

I got quotes from three companies to install mini split air conditioning in my townhome. Integrity Energy Systems gave me the best price on their first offer. They were also the most attentive to my needs and offered the best design of the system out of all the contractors. I'm in my first summer using the system now and everything works perfectly. Special shout out to Josh for designing and coordinating the install, and to Aaron and Haikimi who performed the install and were very efficient and professional.
If you have issues with your HVAC system, you definitely have to reach out to Integrity Energy Systems. They are very professional and on time and they do a very good job!
Jason once walked me through a complex problem late at night, offering to save me a lot of money on an after hours call when he could have taken easy money. That showed the Integrity in their name. Having moved houses, we called Jason and team when the builders failed to support their own work. Jason and team sent out Joe, who diagnosed a crazy Freon leak in the center of our coil — a terrible issue that had been treated incorrectly before. The repair wasn’t easy (having to fit in a new coil), but the result is our system runs better than the day it was installed. Moreover, when we needed a quick check before the season (still nervous things might not be perfect), the team send out Kyle who was quick to test the core of our system and confirm the great work Joe did (no sniping at co-workers, but qualified praise for team and company). You might find cheaper if that’s most important to you, but in terms of the type of company to trust your home with we are happy to recommend the Integrity team.

We had a great experience with Integrity! Our service technician was thoughtful, thorough and kind. He gave a detailed explanation of the issues with our HVAC system and our options moving forward. Would highly recommend them and Will be using them to install a new system in the near future.
The rep came out to the house to do the regular maintenance on the AC and thankfully before the hot weather rolled in. Also, the concrete slab underneath the AC unit was sort of sinking into the ground, so they came out to level it. Thank you for all your attention to keeping our units working effectively.

Complete scam with service plan. Take take take is all I get when the techs arrive. Always something to replace on my newer system.
These guys rock, met with them on Friday last week, got my new split system installed one week later. Special thanks to Ronnie and Roman who were the lead installers on the team and they both were very professional and did an amazing job. I received 3 quotes and IES was the least expensive and most comprehensive quote from a detail perspective. Great experience, highly recommended!
Kyle helped me consider my options for a 30 year old heating system that has been unreliable. He was very knowledgeable about different heating technology coming soon. He didn't try to sell me on a new system and I appreciated his practical advice on how to keep my current system running for a while longer.
The team at Integrity installed a mini-split heat pump for heating / air conditioning. Our home is not an easy install with nearby neighbors, multiple stories, and tight spaces. But the team did a great job both inside and out. Very highly recommended.
IES installed my A/C in 2015, and I recently hired them to repair my system after it stopped working. I would not recommend IES, because they charged me significantly more than originally quoted to complete the repair, and added material costs after the job had begun at an extremely high markup (I believe over 600%). This led to the repair costing $4200+ instead of $2400 or less. Overall, I paid IES about $5275 for repair (under warranty), cleaning, and diagnostic. In 2015, IES installed a Trane XR13 AC in my house for around $6100 and it came with a 10 year warranty on parts/compressor. The original work was mostly good, except their electrical subcontractor showed up a day late, when I was not there to coordinate, and completed the work in a substandard manner which I found out at a much later date was not to code (in the crawlspace hidden from view). Last week, I called them to repair my AC unit. They were good at scheduling the work on a short turn around because I had concerns regarding 90 degree temperatures and my son was sick. I paid $275 for a diagnostic on Monday, which showed my compressor needed replaced. I was sent an invoice to replace the compressor for around $2400 and over the phone was told that this included everything and if the compressor could be warrantied that I may get some of the costs back from parts. They scheduled the work to arrive between 12-4:30 on Wednesday and their techs arrived at around 4:00. After beginning the work at 5:30, past business hours, the tech advised me that they made a mistake and did not include 8.3 lbs of R-410A refrigerant that needed to be added at a cost of $265/lb first, $200/lb afterwards or over $1800 total. He also stated the compressor was not included in the original invoice, and therefore I would not get any cost savings under warranty from the original invoice. In addition, they pressured me into completing outdoor coil cleaning at a cost of $379 which I agreed to, but feel the price is extremely h
All the folks at Integrity were awesome to work with. They know what they are doing. They are thoughtful and creative when installing and figuring out solutions to unforeseen challenges. We love our heat pump and are thrilled to have a/c as well. The air filters help a lot when the fire smoke comes in during the summer. And their office staff were kind, responsive, and super helpful with all questions. I recommend them whenever I can.

I called Integrity to review problems in my current system, which wasn’t cooling/heating well since it was installed. Joe H. came out and relentlessly worked until the system was working. He was friendly, patient, and took time to explain exactly what he was doing. Special shout-out to Angela, too, who worked to ensure schedules aligned and prioritized Service time to fix the problem.
I am so impressed with the Integrity team! They installed a new furnace and AC for my home and everything went better than I could have expected. Thank you to Taylor, Jason, Scott, Ronnie, and Billy for making the installation a seamless and positive experience! I highly recommend Integrity!
