always helpful
Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area. The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration. Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!
Ignorance.
This place is a joke , rude and disrespectful employees, they will keep loosing costumers 12/15/2022 at 8;17 am I went there to pick up my order that I placed day before, lady was having hard time finding it and she started to get angry and was really rude and disrespectful, somebody didn't do their job and paying costumers get disrespected, They lost a costumers! Even in this day and age word of mouth means alot. So do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns

Great service
Been trying to find a ballast for a couple weeks and seemed to be getting nowhere until I called Grainger. They have excellent product knowledge, a great customer service philosophy, and were able to take care of me in about 20-minutes - Eric on the tech-side was very helpful, so thank you and now I can finally check this "to-do" off my list!
They go out of their way to make it hard to do business with them. Their management theory seems right out of the 1950's as if they are the only source in town for the things they sell. Almost like you can smell the Brill Cream. They will not sell me specially formulated (brand specific) Butane for a soldering iron unless I open a business account with them. They won't let me open a business account unless I surrender all kinds of information and agree to buy a minimum amount of stuff per year. Grainger is a perfect example of why Amazon is really beating these stogey old companies. They make it too hard to due business with them, turning every transaction into a dominance game and over charging for the items.
Anything you can get here you can get from Amazon. Cheaper but above all, ON TIME! Grainger absolutely can not get your order on time ever! Worst place ever.
Grainger stocks professional quality hand tools. I bought exactly what I wanted with no compromise.

Friendly helpful in and out of there quick
Absolutely the best prices and customer service. I ordered my product online and was available for pickup the next day. I very much appreciate the curbside pick-up and employees overly cautious wearing masks and gloves. Employees were very prompt and friendly.
Helpful staff and prompt shipping. I ordered a large item for pick-up. Despite it being awkward and heavy the staff took the time to get it positioned and loaded correctly. Good prices on what I purchased. Will definately continue to use them.
Unless you have a business account at grainger don’t waste your time everything is marked up three times the price it should be.

This is a good supply store. Their prices can be a little high, but they have what you need when you need it. Service is always excellent.
