Bruce Peacemaker just cleared a slow bathtub drain at my home. He was professional, courteous and quick, and left my bathroom clean. He also finished his work within less than an hour of when I first reached out to the company. Overall stellar service. The next time I encounter a problem, I will call Gene Johnson (Fox) Plumbing first.
Cason is great to work with and he did a great job in plumbing issue by replacing filters and old pipes. I would hire him again when needed.
The representative who came to our home, Richard Saxon, was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what was needed, and why. Very much appreciated.
Sean was great, but it took 3 tries to fix our issue. That said, they were very fair about charging us and now we once again have hot water!
Bruce from FOX plumbing (or their new name), was very professional and extremely helpful with our clogged kitchen sink! While I think the prices are a bit high, I’m sure it is competitive in this market. Bruce went the extra way and answered all our questions, making me feel it was worth our money. I’d definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future. I especially love that the dispatch fee goes in the final pricing!
The team installed the five faucets and two sinks and did it very well. Left the house clean and we're on time and fun to be around Hi praise! ☺️
Several "small" issues but they required special attention, time and persistence to solve. Fate, the plumber, did all these repairs with competence, patience and humor until they were solved. Appreciated his help and explanations very much!
The drain technician Bruce arrived within 30 minutes of the time frame and was extremely helpful and has the plumbing problem diagnosed in minutes. Bruce was very professional and made everything easy to understand as to our options for solve the situation. Kudos to a great employee and company!

I am so glad that Fox plumbing, Heating & cooling company have a very professional employee like Calvin!! Fox was my 3rd company to call to fix my Sewer line problem and my choice was Calvin because he is very professional and he knew what he is doing! He has very professional customer service skills. Kevin was friendly, polite and courteous. I received notification when he was on his way, and he phoned me to update me with his estimated arrival time. He was very thorough and took his time explaining things. Our AC issue was resolved today. He also took the time to explain a maintenance plan and give us several options for moving forward. I’m very happy with the service we received today.
The Plumber Daniel was great. Very professional and straightforward with the issues. Had good conversation regarding future services if needed.
Service was professional and on time. Both men were very easy to work with. Knew just what to do and verified that drain was completely clean. Had to remove 3 clogs. Appreciated discussion of water heater and other plumbing maintenance.
Had a clog in the mainline which was causing our basement toilet to flood from the bottom. Carson took care of it quickly and honored the quote from the competitor that was slightly less $$. Would definitely use Fox and Carson again for any plumbing issues in the future.
The Update - the plumbing manager contacted me and had looked at my invoice after my review. . He said I was charged incorrectly. I was refunded the extra charge of $400. He said it was a training issue , hopefully now the plumber and customer service call center will now have been trained properly. I do appreciate the quickness of the refund . The . tech Jeremy was great at communication and on time . Very cheerful and professional. However I had to call to get my invoice . Once I read the breakdown I thought they had made a mistake . I was charged $385 for an angular value that goes in wall by toilet . My invoice said emergency shut off valve. I called and was told the part which is 12-20 at Home Depot also included a year warranty on part . Plus a professional putting it in . So what was the additional $400 charge for labor . If that was not included in the professional putting it in . They took my naivety and trust and took me . My bad for calling them . Beware of price gouging . No wonder no one wants to call a plumber .plus they really push for a review .
After Fox plumbing came out to fix a leak in my toilet last year, they installed what they said was a jumbo wax ring to fix the problem. The toilet continued to leak and the team was dispatched again, where they found that they didn't tighten the toilet back on well enough. A few months later, the same toilet is leaking and now has caused thousands of dollars of damage to the floor and ceiling. This has been such a disappointing experience and I will definitely not be calling them again for any future plumbing problems.
I have a great experience with Fox Plumbing for gas plumbing work. Fate does a great job and is thorough and also a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Will definitely call again when I need gas work.
Called Fox late on a Thursday for a semi-important repair, they were able to come out first thing the next morning. Serviceman Jonathan Galyean promptly arrived and was able to assess and resolve the issue within an hour! Courteous and professional service all the way around, also reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
Fox was able to come out for a same day emergency. It turned out to be a silly error on my part, but the tech Daniel M, got me sorted out quickly and only billed the minimum for the service call. I felt I was treated very fairly.
Mike from the Apex group (Fox heating, Bel-Red and Gene Johnson) did an excellent and thorough job with my HVAC (furnace plus heat pump) inspection and maintenance. He was on time, communicated well, and answered all my questions. I will definitely request him next time!
