I’ve had very good experiences with EHHE. They did an exceptional job installing my Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and air handlers in 2021. Their Evergreen Home Comfort Club also provides very professional maintenance of the heat pump and associated units. Today, they sent Roxanne to perform the summer maintenance. She did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of every installed unit. She also took many photos to document the condition of every unit, including the electronics of the main air handler and outdoor heat pump. After the inspection, she provided a thorough report. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough and I hope to have her perform maintenance on my Mitsubishi heat pump in the future.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Diagnosed and repaired my aging ac system in the same appointment. All the parts were in the van! They were also able to make Kody available 3 days prior to my appointment and prior to our guests arriving this afternoon. Thank you so much!

Just had an inspection performed on my one year old heat pump and blower install. All is good - technician was very professional and helpful regarding advice around filter replacement and thermostat questions that I had.
Evergreen has always been super prompt with their service calls, has parts quickly available, and keeps their systems working well. They were the best value when we had a new furnace installed 8 years ago, and they are still the best. Cody, our service technician, was prompt, responsive, and professional. He cut himself deeply on his wrist and hand and I worried that he simply put toilet paper and electrical tape on it and continued, but he said it happens and he’ll be fine- still, I hope that he has it taken care of so that he doesn’t have pain in other calls he does today!
I got a mini split duct system installed and the folks at Evergreen were great. Communication was prompt and I never had to call back to check on the status. They informed us about the installation date, showed up, installed and left. They also cleaned up after themselves so there wasn't any debris lying around. It's been about a year since the installation and so far no problems.
Evergreen has been my go to resource for anything HVAC related over the last several years. Likewise, I recommend Evergreen to any and all that ask. Their service is outstanding & everyone that I’ve connected with has a level of skill, integrity & customer service orientation that sets them apart. Can’t go wrong with Evergreen!
Evergreen installed our heat pump system in 2022. We had some unfortunate issues that I’m pleased to say have been resolved and we are happy to remain customers. They were always timely in responding to service calls, including weekends. They always show up on time and are neat and efficient in their work.
This service was a checkup/tuneup which went well. The serviceman was professional, showed up on time & was honest with his recommendations without pushing a sale.
Service tech sent me a reminder text a few days before the service appointment. I also got a heads-up call a few minutes before he arrived at my house. He performed the service and provided a verbal summary before he left. I also received an email with pictures and final report and invoice.
Provided maintenance as part of my annual package. Arrived before the 2-5 window, cleaned & checked everything - including clearing a clog in drain line which would have caused a leak from the unit. Quick and efficient.

Evergreen installed out mini-splits about 3 years ago when we remodeled. They did a great job then. This week we had the units serviced (4 and external exchange unit). Will turned up to do the service. Will was a polite and pleasant young man. He arrived on time. We walked through locations and he just got on with his job; I didnt notice until he was done. The units were in good order. I recommend Evergreen.
System has not been serviced for three years. We needed a checkup and cleaning. They were on time and very good. Our heat pumps are working and cleaned up! Thank you guys!
Replaced the blower motor in the furnace so it would blow the cool air from our heat pump. Fast and professional, if a bit pricy.
Since we bought our home we hadn't had the HVAC system serviced so I reached out to Evergreen to have the AC system looked at and cleaned before summer came and they were super responsive, shared details and cost upfront and the technician that came to work at our house was super polite, punctual and took care of everything we needed. He answered all of our questions. It was great working with them and I feel really comforted that our system will work well and efficiently moving forward.
Verified hvac system was low on refrigerant and made sure it was properly refilled even when it was cool outside….Cody rocked!
