After searching for a company willing to service LG HVAC systems, we found Seatown Plumbing first who gave us an outrageous quote that, even to a novice when it comes to AC, seemed fishy. After calling Brennan and working with Andrew to get a second opinion, I feel much more confident with the solution he proposed, as he talked me through his process and findings every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Hope I don’t see Andrew around too often, but will happily welcome him back in our home anytime we have an issue. They did some significant work for us a few months ago. We had a new problem. They identified that the problem was minor. They didn't charge us for the follow up. I trust them and will use them again.
Asked to get a quote for a Heatpump, salesman came out and was great, said we would needed a new furnace as they wouldnt work with the older ones, I said that was fine as ours is old. When it was time to finance i signed up for the 18month 0 interest, i got the contract from the finance company they use and it wasnt correct. Brennan told me i needed to contact the financing company, which then they told me i need to contact Brennan to get it resolved, eventually it did. Next at day of install im informed they have an AC unit and not a Heat pump as was discussed, i was told it would be an extra couple thousand dollars and a couple weeks before they could get the heatpump, so i just told them to put in what they had brought, which means i cant get any of the heatpump rebates i was hoping to get. Install went great the crew did a fantastic job. But Brennan charged me for duct cleaning which was not done, so i once again asked if they could either remove the charge or come out and do it. I was told they would try to get someone out there and would let me know. Well they never scheduled with me, but scheduled someone on a Tuesday at 8am to come clean the ducts, which is while i am at work. So all in all i am happy with the product and the install, but not very happy with all the administrative and planning side from this company. Update 7/5/23 Brennan rescheduled my duct cleaning with me for a time that would work, and the tech Brayan did an incredible job, went above and beyond by sealing some of my registers that had some pretty bad leaks. The system is working great and install and duct cleaning were superb. Thank you for making things right. Great company.
Beware their extremely reckless drivers! I was driving past an elementary school right after the kids were let out for the day, lots of kids walking around, when a Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning truck drove up behind me going way too fast, started tailgating me aggressively, and then swerved over the yellow line and floored it to pass me. Brennan Heating & AC was phenomenal to work with. They sealed our ducts and improved the efficiency by 95%. Honestly changed how we heat and cool our house. The team was thorough, they cleaned up after themselves and even left it better than they found it. They are all time, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
We had a great experience with Brennan installing our new mini-split, ductless heat-pump/AC system. Went through Costco so we also got 10 percent back in the form a cash card. Paul, our sales person came out and recommended a 2.5 ton system for our log cabin - he didn't over sell us on a bigger system like 2 other HVAC companies tried to do with their bids. Also, the Brennan bid came in way less than the other two (do your diligence and get 2-3 bids is what my Dad taught me). The crew that came out to install was also top-notch and super friendly, I highly recommend Brennan for their service, professionalism, value and quality of equipment they sell.

I recommend to keep looking, and skip Brennan. They installed a tankless water heater for me, and they didn't properly isolate it from the wall it's hung on, so every time it's being used it sounds like a sports car revving in the garage. They came out several times to try and fix the issue with silly solutions like putting cork behind it, and never actually fixed the issue. Also, apparently there are multiple options when it comes to water heaters, and there are some that keep the water hot in the pipes so that hot water is instantly available. I was not given any options, and found this out after the fact by a different company.
Called Brennan yesterday morning because our AC had stopped working. They fit us in same day, arrived within the estimated window, and Damon was able to get us up running and provided helpful advice to keep our unit from going down in the future. All on an 87° day. Thank you!
Completely unprofessional First I called them for annual maintenance. Their technician came and he said oh I see an error code I cannot touch it until I repair that and he charged me 200 extra and the repair took him 1 min and he didn’t even want to tell what was the problem. Then he insisted on upwelling me their air duct cleaning. So I went ahead because I wanted to do air duct cleaning anyways. I payed for the air duct cleaning upfront. I scheduled them to come for the service I paid for. They ghosted me and never showed up. Not even a phone call. Then I tried calling them to see what happened and they said we will check and call you back. No one called me back. This happened a couple of time. So I highly don’t recommend them at all. Stay away if you want to save your money and time
I used Brennan to install a heat pump, add a return to the second floor, and for general electrical issues. The entire team was helpful, prompt, and professional. I will continue to use them and would recommend them for any issue.
We had hot water installed two years ago and it began to leak. Called on Friday and were told that someone would be out Friday or Saturday. Nope! Called on Monday, and was told someone would be out. Someone came out Tuesday evening. Joshua was incredibly kind, but didn't have part needed to fix. Lauren, manager was called by Josh. Lauren was rude. He felt we needed to pay for them coming out and doing nothing. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unbelievable. I would not recommend Brennan to ANYONE!!!!!
Their technician, Hallie, was amazing, she checked everything, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, answered all my questions in professional manner. Brennan is the best company in the area!
Many thanks to the team at Brennan for installing a heat pump in our home. Martin and his team of Miguel, Riley and Ryan were prompt and professional. I really respect how they worked together to give us a new beginning to make the home more comfortable. Paul helped us decide on the best system and Bernice made the paperwork effortless. Brennan is the best!
I'm gathering quotes from at least three top HVAC vendors and despite leaving two voicemails for the "sales" line, I've had zero response. Great for their also highly-rated competition who simply picks up the call and schedules an appt on the spot. Based on the ratings and the sheer amount of them, was really hopeful Brennan would be in the mix on my new whole house AC or heat pump job but chasing a vendor just to call you back on a new sales possibility doesn't spell reliable for the job.

Just had my furnance/ac unit serviced it was way more expensive (over $100 more) than any other maintenance we have ever had, would recommend calling other companies. Also very difficult to schedule an appointment- Will not use again Did a great job on air condition and furnace install (2019)
I have had an overall horrible experience with Brennan. The office staff are totally unresponsive, either through calling and leaving voicemail, or calling into their answering service (they claim to be open on Saturdays, but they only have an answering service… and claim they will call you back first thing on Monday… but it is Thursday evening and still no call). I received a quote in April and the first install availability date (I was available any day or time) was July. I was told the office would call me in a few weeks for payment… and then nothing. I called the sales rep in June as I had not heard from the office people and was ensured my appointment was still good, and installation would take from about 8:00AM to 3:00PM. The day of my appointment came and the installation people showed up right on time and were friendly and seemed to do great work… although two of the people left early, abandoning the third installer, who was here well past 5:00 or 6:00PM. I was told a fourth employee, a “technician” was required to run refrigerant line and to pressurize the system, but most of them were out of the office, and that the office had known for two weeks that the technician was not coming out. So at the end of the day, I had about 80% of an air conditioner system and was told I would now have to be available the next day as well… again with no notice ahead of time, so my schedule had to be rearranged. I was told the technician would be here the following day between 11:00-1:00, and install should take a couple of hours to finish. The next day the technician didn’t show up until 2:00, and were here well past 6:00 again. The technicians were friendly (although one asked to use our restroom, which I had no problem with, except he used the restroom with the door open, and then went right back to work without washing his hands).
