Wow, this crew and company has the best staff I have dealt with in years! I wont call anyone else when you have found the best, stick with them! Just had Mike out for an emergency clog in a stack on one of our buildings. Super fast, clean Courteous and got the report back on the issues immediately.
They get here quick, techs are knowledgeable and professional, rates are reasonable and they get the job done. What more could you want?

An outstanding professional and courteous experience
Outrageous pricing tried to charge me over 800 to diagnose a leak in a single zone wall unit then charged me 1200 to replace coil under manufacturing warranty. Had I known it was going to be that much to diagnose a problem it would of made more sense to let me buy a new wall unit and pay the 1200 to install it. I will be sure to let every customer and contractor I deal with to stay clear.
Vital Mechanical has been providing HVAC, plumbing, and emcs services at Brickman's downtown Seattle commercial buildings for the past four years. This includes preventative maintenance, repairs, as well as new construction related to tenant improvement projects. Vital is a company truly based on customer service. This culture starts with owner, Kevin Almon, and is shared by the office staff along with the field tech's. Whenever I call Vital Mechanical for a variety of needs I am confident the issue at hand will be coordinated and resolved in a professional and timely manor. I highly recommend Vital Mechanical.

Called in to the office after meeting one of their techs on a site, who never bothered to return my calls. Was greeted with "hey, what parts did you need?" Confused, I responded that I wasn't sure what she meant. She replies "oh, this isn't Dave? Hold on a second." After leaving me on hold for more than 2 minutes, she comes back on to ask what I was calling about, and when I explained, she tells me "oh, no, you need to speak with Ron, hold on while I see if he's around" and hangs up on me. Way to lose a shot at a $100k+ job!
