Renton Water Heater Repair sent their tech, Justin, to repair my AC. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He identified and repaired the problem quickly then checked the rest of the system for functionality. He Got my AC running in about an hour for what I consider a fair price. Will definitely use them again.
Our AC went out yesterday and My wife and I were freaking out because we have an infant and it was 113° F out there! Renton Water Heater Repair was amazing! The front office staff was incredibly understanding and, during the busiest season for AC companies and ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, they were able to get someone out to us within 3 hours. Tom was an amazing help and got our AC up and running in no time! The price was more than fair and the service was 5-STAR! Thank you Renton Water Heater Repair; I am definitely a lifelong customer!
I found the tech's very helpful and informative. I started using Renton Water Heater Repair over a year ago when they were a "nameless" part of Sterling Plumbing. They are still part of Sterling Plumbing, and the whole organization is very professional. All the tech's I've dealt with were a pleasure doing business with. Highly recommend this company if you want the job done right, the first time.

From my call to fixing two seperate units Renton Water Heater Repair efficiently, successfully and professionally completed under 4 hours! The tech was so very polite and listened to what I explained and walked through everything as he worked.....I was amazed at how knowledgeable and quickly he found the problems and he left to go to pick up the part! Unfortunately one of my units needed a new mother board and it was very costly but that is how some parts are. I had 2 other companies out since beginning of December and one of them I had been using for 2 years......they don't come close to Renton Water Heater Repair!! Though I am glad I finally found them and will use them from here on......I wish I would have found them before. Renton Water Heater Repair came out to do a check for us through SRP's referral program. They ended up finding a major issue with our system. They took care of it quickly and also found out the work could happen under warranty. Tom was very professional, worked around our schedule, and did a great job explaining everything to us. He also followed up with us when we asked about an issue that ended up being unrelated to the A/C work. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the work done and will be using Renton Water Heater Repair in the future. I already have another check-up scheduled for the fall.

Renton Water Heater Repair is by far the best HVAC company to work with. Their customer service is professional and friendly. I recently had my AC stop working. They were able to get someone out within hours. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and the repair was completed and completed well. Kaylem was the tech and he was great! Highly recommend!
Sean did a great job and was very friendly and professional. This company is great because they are not commission based so I don't feel like they are trying to rip me off like so many others try to do.

I am very pleased with the advice Renton Water Heater Repair technician gave me. I never met him and only messaged him for a quote. My AC has not been working for 2 weeks now.
