A couple of weeks back I noticed that my AC was louder than normal. I thought maybe the fan, but really I had no idea. I called this company for service/maintenance. They came by for 30 or 40 minutes (cleaning the furnace) charged me 300 and said “it looks good”. It’s now 2 weeks later and the system is shaking so hard that the power cable (assembly?) is banging into the natural gas pipe. I called the company, but understandably they were closed as it is 7pm before the 4th of July. I have no idea if the shaking was caused by the service, or if it was related to the sounds I was hearing in June. I understand that debugging problems is difficult, but it does seem like I received poor value here. Edit: The service manager called me and required that I pull this review before considering sending a person over to inspect what had occurred. Given that even handed nature of this review I did not think that was appropriate and I will contact another firm.
Trusted Plumbing was on time, worked quickly and didn't price gauge. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Best plumbers in Renton!
Team was very knowledgeable and did good work on the water heater, pulled old one out and installed the new one very quickly with no hangups.
Trusted Plumbing was great! They're working on 3 different projects for me so far, and have been very responsive in coming out and helping to assess what the problem was. They did an emergency hot water tank replacement, and had to jet the sewer line at the same time. They came back towards he end of the day to finish the job, and I appreciated that they came out on a Friday night! These guys were awesome.
Initially, I had contacted another company to replace my water heater who notified me 1/2 hour before they were suppose to arrive that they would be able to make it until the next day. I called Trusted Plumbing & Heating around 12:30 p.m. and spoke with Jim, who had Chris out to my house later that afternoon. Chris was very respectful, knowledgeable and a diligent worker! The price quoted on the phone was the amount I was charged. If I have a plumbing need in the future, I will call Trusted Plumbing & Heating.

Trusted Plumbing and Heating Company rescued me. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I needed additional work done outside of installing a water heater and the technician was able to provide a trusted resource. This made the job go really smoothly and in a timely manner. I will keep them in my phonebook for future references.
They did the work on time and at quoted price.
Overall experience was very good. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the written estimate was a little vague. After getting that resolved, all went well.
They were awesome First they made it work to come out to assess the situation the same day and were back first thing next morning to start working. Stayed till job was done and it looks great!

Quality, down-to-earth outfit. I called Trusted for my kitchen sink which had been plumbed into the sump pit in my basement by a previous owner. I knew there was an old line the kitchen used to be on in the crawlspace but I had no idea what kind of condition it was in or what any other feasible option could be. After a couple of scoping attempts the guys were able to determine where the cast iron of the old line had rotted out and that ~10ft length of concrete pipe was also no good under my patio. All in all, it was probably about 15ft worth of new PVC they needed to put down and tie in at both ends to get the sink back on the old drain. They came out a couple days later and got all of the new pipe down, patched the concrete they had to cut for repair, and got all the dirt they dug up put back into place. All of their worked appeared to be of good quality, they left the patio spotless when they were finished, and were respectful of the property while working. All of the different folks who came to the job were friendly and answered all of my questions and let me watch a fair amount of the scoping they had to do. They charged me a fair price and I'm pretty happy with my new drain. Would highly recommend!
Jim’s investigation of my plumbing problem was excellent and resulted in a perfect repair of a major issue.
This company gave us a bid of $860 and said they don't change their bids but had to come back a second day and said they would not charge for the second trip but ended up charging us $2700. The invoice they had husband sign has no amount so clearly they added what they wanted after the signature. The worst part is they haven't even finished the job. Asked for at least $860 back or finish the job. We are still waiting for what they are going to do.
Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man "too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it?" Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...
Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly identified all issues and performed repairs. Slight sticker shock at plumbing costs in general, but we were entirely satisfied with the prompt resolution of our problem.
little job turned into a hige one. Dave and Clint worked tirelessly on an old house with complications, always with a great sense of humor, making me comfortable with what was being done. definitely would recommend trusted Heatingand Plumbing, and will use them in the future
Trusted plumbing and heating is a fantastic business that was extremely responsive to my complex needs. Our undermount bathroom sink broke and then eventually came unfastened from the countertop in our bathroom. Jim and his staff worked with me on potential repair options and even came out 3 separate times to ensure the new sink and counter installation was done correctly. Their scheduling staff were very kind and answered the phone every time I called to reschedule even around the holidays. I appreciate their thorough work and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
Great company. They fixed the problem the same day. The guys that came by were nice and willing to explain what they were doing. They didn't try to trick me into getting anything extra like you hear some companies do.
