We had to have a water pipe leak repaired over the 4th of July. Reed came out right away on the 4th of July and was really fantastic! He was super knowledgeable and friendly, helping us understand the problem and what he was doing with the repair. We would highly recommend Southwest Plumbing and Reed specifically!
I called for help with a chronically clogging bathroom sink drain. The clog was taken care of by Nate and he informed me that the cast iron pipes were a part of the problem. James, his supervisor, came out that same day to explain my options going forward. I elected to have the pipes- probably original to the 1958 build of the house-repiped. Within 2 days that work was started by Keegan and Tyler. They finished in 1.5 days. I also decided to replace the old sink. Keegan was very helpful in guiding and directing my decision regarding the new sink/faucets. Everyone was courteous, considerate, professional and friendly. All were patient and helpful in answering my many questions. I checked with neighbors who had similar work done recently by another company and found that that had paid the same price for their repiping project. I’m very pleased with the results, quality of work and fair pricing. I’ve used SWP for about the past 20 years and find them to be honest, upfront and efficient!
We called south west for water leakage in kitchen sink, they are on time. They called me over the phone and verbally quoted the price around $190 for garbase dispoal replacement. I said okay to proceed as price makes sense. But they charged more than $1900. I have thought garabase disposal will cost this much. If you goto a coffee shop, you expect the regular coffee to be priced between 3 dollars or max of 10 dollars. After buying, if you were charged $100, then how do you react. I am in the same situation. Other few things happened: Their manager did not provide any receipt for such a huge bill. Even after spending about 1 hour on the time to get the receipt. The same leakage happened again. Since it may come under warranty, called the southwest again. This time they informed us it is a different issue and we need to pay $650.00 again. BTW, they were recording all the conversations illegally without giving acknowledgement that we are on a recorded line at least until April 2023. They did not fix the issue, they charged thousands of dollars, they did not provide any reciept (even as of today), and they want to charge again for their mistakes.
Southwest Plumbing did a whole house repipe with pex, replaced the hot water tank, all fixtures and toilets, and installed a whole home water filtration system to solve our hard water issue and allow us to safely drink our well water. They did what they said they would do, in the time frame and budget agreed to. We are very happy with the work completed by Trevor, Michael, and Silas. They were all very professional and easy to work with. They hauled away all the waste and debris generated and left the work site clean. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future projects.
Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with Southwest Plumbing’s service. They were highly communicative (I.e. they even texted me the name and picture of the tech that was going to show up). While at our house they were kind, respectful, and professional. Their quickness to diagnose and fix was also a plus. The only drawback is that we felt mislead on the cost of work completed. However, I still think it was five stars despite this small blemish.
Southwest Plumbing was responsive (same day service, very nice scheduler too) and effective in solving our problem toilet. Shout out to tech Mark Brown who repaired the toilet, then further cleared it so it’s less likely to clog in the future. We highly recommend SW Plumbing.
It’s a day light looting. Just to fix a tap they charged $600. The work took 15 minutes with a part worth $20 dollars. I will stay away from these people even though the quality of work is good. It’s not premium pricing it’s just professional robbery.
I had a water leak from one of my two upstairs bathrooms that was leaking through the ceiling drywall and into my garage. I called South West Plumbing and within a couple hours Troy and Kap stopped by to fix the problem. After assessing the situation, they believed the leak was coming from inside the bathroom wall (wall was damp). Troy gave me a cost estimate which I agreed to. After cutting out the damp drywall, they found the leaking pipe was only accessible from the second bathroom. Kap was able to cut out a small area of drywall in the second bathroom and fix the leaking copper pipe. Troy was very good about keeping me informed as they assessed/fixed the leak. I was very happy with their professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Would definitely call again, if I needed any plumbing work done. Rick
Leon Cardon and Michael Hernandez worked on my clogged kitchen sink and I was very satisfied with the results! These two are very knowledgeable and professional and they made sure I was happy with the job done.
Very happy with all aspects of their service. Technician Chris was professional and efficient. His manager was informative and considerate. The installation crew of John and Tyler were very knowledgeable and competent. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when done. Very appreciative of their effort and consideration. Highly reccomend them.
Over the last couple years we had a partial sewer replacement and recently a perma-liner installed. Southwest is always professional, honest and extremely fast! I definitely recommend them to anyone. I have no complaints and will use them again on my next project. Always a great experience with Southwest Plumbing!
Called today for an outdoor faucet repair. Did not expect same day service however Vincent and Lazar were here in about an hour and provided excellant, professional service. Would not hesitate to call again if needed in the future and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for the GREAT service.

Adam simplified my plumbing issues and took care of everything within the timeframe I had. He also was thorough about assessing significant other plumbing issues and gave me estimates for the work which I can schedule when it is convenient for me. Very informative and educational for me.

We had a toilet that kept clogging. The two James from South West Plumbing showed up promptly and checked the drain pipe carefully before installing the new toilet that we had already bought at Morgans. There were many indications that they were dealing honestly with us as they shared their decades of expertise. They were friendly and understanding and were happy to honor the coupon that we had. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs.

Nate cameout promptly to clear a clog in a sink drain line. Showed me everything he was doing. Cleared it quickly. Great price!! I'm very satisfied. I had the electrical panel replacement done after the drain issue. Robin & his coworkers did a really excellent job. It took a day to completely replace & have Inspection done. Very happy with they're work. And the knowledge the Robin & coworker had is second to none. Good job Thankyou. Sincerely Fred
Woke up to cold water so called and John & Ben were there within hours. John did a great job replacing my old water header, and explaining all the ins and outs. I mentioned that I was having issues with the kitchen faucet. So Ben fixed that too. I am very happy with the quality and speed of the work that was done.
