As a DIYer I did have some hesitations with hiring a company to install my heat pump, however, I did want to do my due diligence and evaluate the cost of having it professionally installed with a warranty. I reached out to Complete Heating & Air Conditioning in early February because I had received two quotes from local HVAC companies that seemed very high. After chatting with them they sent out Wally the next day to provide a quote for installing a new heat pump and larger filter for our house. Wally was extremely professional and provided multiple options that would meet our needs. Their quote was much more competitive than the other larger companies and I decided to go with their services. They provided an install date for the next week (perks of planning ahead for summer warm weather!) with the equipment I had selected. Wally and his team arrived on time for the install and did an amazing job with the install and cleanup. It is now July and we have had no issues heating and cooling with our heat pump. I would highly recommend!

I recently decided to have A/C installed in my home. I did a lot of research on different companies and finally decided to go with Complete Heating & A/C. It was the best decision I ever made. All the guys were courteous, respectful and extremely helpful in making sure that I understood what was happening and what I needed to be mindful of in the future. They took such wonderful care of every detail and went above and beyond to make sure that all of the odd machinations that had previously been done to my furnace were attended to before the A/C install so that I won't have problems in the future, including installing a needed shut-off valve on my water heater that was recently installed by someone else. In the office, Anita was so caring and so professional. This was a big decision, and she truly helped to make the experience less stressful. I really look forward to having them service my furnace and A/C unit for many years to come.
We just had a new furnace and heat pump installed and had a great experience! Anita was incredibly helpful from the outset and Tom was very patient in answering all of our questions. When the team showed up they were all very friendly and patient as we walked by their work space several times. They were very clean and wiped everything down prior to leaving. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I smelled natural gas being blown out of my heating vents (turned off the furnace and gas, bit of a cold night!) and immediately called Complete Heating and A/C. With subfreezing temps only days away, Anita (very friendly) immediately got me an appointment that morning. Ryan came out and diagnosed the natural gas was leaking from my hot water heater and not the furnace (it was being picked up by our furnace). He contacted the Whirlpool and verified it was still under warranty, and he and Ken replaced my water heater same day and brought it up to code with a new safety release to the outside as well. Very professional, friendly, and matter of fact. Competitive quote. No surprise or hidden costs in the final bill. They locked my gates, cleaned up any mess, and patted my dog. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have used this family owned company for all of my household needs since 1997. I cant say enough about the dependable, trustworthy, knowledgable and friendly service they have provided over the years. Great company!
Great Service, product, installation, and low pressure sales.
Totally professional in every way. These guys installed a new heating and air unit for us about three years ago. The AC developed a leak in the main coil system. They came out diagnosed it, a week later they came out with new parts, installed everything, even in the rain. When the tech was done, he had rewrapped all the pipes just as if it was new again. Not a spec of debris was left on site. Hard to find this level of competence and service.
I am not recommend this company. This company sucks. First time, I asked them to come to look at my heat system, they said I need to change the new one. If I change the new one, they will not charged the go out fee for the first time. But when they installed the system and they said not removed the fee for first time. After the installed it, the fan not running well, I called them come back to check it. They said ok. But never come. Because they said 1 year warranty for it. I called it again, they send someone out this time and they charge. They said they are not work for free. This company just money hungry. Do ask this company to do any jobs. They will charge you a lot.
100% satisfied! Not only were they less than half the cost of the first company, they worked around my schedule to ensure the work could get done quickly. Was referred by a coworker and would highly recommend to others. Thomas and Wally are awesome!

I picked this company because of many positive reviews I read online. Unfortunately, I did not have their same experience. My experience matched those few negative reviews. Made two appointments to get a quote for an AC install, no one showed up either time. It was difficult enough to schedule the appointment as I had to email them a couple times to get it set up. When I finally did, I didn't officially confirm via email (which is probably my fault) so they decided to email me the day of. Didn't get the email until I got home, which was 30 minute before my appointment. I sent a quick email that said I was home and waiting. Then I got a phone call that said they had cancelled my appointment because I didn't respond. If they had my phone number, why didn't they call me before they cancelled the appointment? Angry and frustrated, I told them to forget about it and I'd call someone else. Anita told me I was being unfair to them and then followed up with an email asking to please let them quote my AC. I was feeling extra nice that day, so against my better judgement, I agreed. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. This time I left work even earlier to get to their appointment. No one showed up. This time I didn't get an email or a phone call. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Bad experience, 85°, Called today thinking I'd get a voice recorder. Heat pump failed. 2nd in 90 days. Anita answered. She is not customer oriented. No idea why she answered. After 1st repair, called CH within 72 hrs. It's knocking again. No one came back. Complete heating installed heat pump and furnace. (Antia has nothing good to say about me.) Based on this conversation no star is appropriate.
We had great service! The furnace was installed quickly and done at a price that was good. I did ask a lot of questions and they had the answers. All the work was done in one day and did a clean professional job. I would do business with them again. My boss had recommended them to me; he was pleased with their work too.
I had Complete Heating install a new furnace in Feb. 2015 they will not come out to fix the issues I have and she keep brushing me off I would not recommend this company.They finally fixed my issues and everything is fine.The guys who put the furnace in are great, could not ask for anything better.
I've had Complete come out three times now I guess. Excellent customer service and they absolutely stand behind their work. Price is very competitive, work is done quickly and cleanly.
