The price was steep, but he was knowledgeable and helpful.; Do not rely on this company to be able to respond in any capacity for emergencies. This installer ("bob"), almost guarantees their work, but when it fails, is NO WHERE to be found within a reasonable response. 1-3 days without heat is rugged but doable. 15 days is unacceptable. No loyalty, no customer service. You lost a loyal customer.
Was very professional and saved me $2200. He also installed my new thermostat as well as helped us optimize our heat pump performance. Very appreciated!

The crew just spent about 7 hours retrofitting a new furnace and did an awesome job.the price is extremely reasonable and the team is very professional.a small, locally owned business that surely deserves your business. Donald, the owner was the guy who maintained our old behemoth, and he kept it in pretty good shape, but even he couldn't keep the beast (a 50+year-old gas furnace) from giving up the ghost.
I had a combination NG boiler installed near a year ago. They removed my old, oil fired furnace as well. It has been a year and I couldn't be happier. Donald was professional and easy to work with. The quality of the job was excellent. I look forward to working with them again.
I’m not one to do this to anyone but I would not recommend this company. I started to use them about a year and a half ago and got the owner the first time the water heater went out. Stayed lit for awhile, he showed us how to reset, relight and clean it if it went out again. It started going out again when I was on deployment so my wife needed their assistance again. They then sent an employee who decided to replace the control unit, quite slowly I will add, without quoting or getting my wife’s concurrence and at the end of the visit, charges her seven hundred dollars for an almost two hour visit. A few months had passed and it decided to go out again, repeatedly. It still will not stay lit. I am just trying to save other people money.
These guys do awesome work. Had a motor with a dead spot. Same day help at no extra charge/fee. Upfront about all costs (labor & parts) Come to find out the technician who came out is the same one who installed my original furnace 40+ years ago! He ran out and picked up the part and installed it ASAP. What more can I ask for?
Best heating contractor in the area. I recommend them to everyone. They are professional, prompt service, reasonable fees.
