Excellent experience. Adam came by and gave a reasonable quote for getting some light fixtures and dimmer switches installed. Price was competitive, but far more important - he was timely, communicative, and went the extra mile (helped us test out light color settings to get to the one we liked best, gave us some other tips, did a bit extra to ensure a switch cover would fit in a tight spot) - great service overall. Will happily use Silverline again for electrical or other services.

Had a septic pump not turning on when water level was high. Called Silverline, they came out 2 days later as scheduled. Stated I needed a new pump and recommended new floats. They stated the low level float wasn’t there. They tried to sell me a $6900 plan to replace all ecltrical, I declined since it was all replaced in 2012. The bill came out to $2200. They charged me for 2 guys labor. I believe that was not right, but maybe it was policy since they were working on a septic system. They sent me a bill, nothing was itemized. I requested 4 times for an itemized break down of what was done and used, just in case I sold the home or needed to warranty out the pump or floats. I never got an itemized receipt. I ended up just paying the bill to wash my hands of it. 3 months later, my septic alarm was going off, but dimly. I called them back out for a quality check. The same tech got sent back out, after 30 minutes, he stated I needed a whole control box. I had him try to explain how I would need a complete, $1200 control back since there is no circuit board and all pieces are replaceable and accessible. He could not explain it to me. That let me know he had a lack of diagnostic ability and was hoping by just replacing it all, it would solve the problem. I declined the services and did my own diagnostics (stopped being lazy). Working 15 minutes, I found a malfunctioning relay. Ordered one from Stoneway electric, had it the next day. $12 part fixed the problem. Be sure to always get a second opinion or diagnose it you’re self, on ALL services before going through with it. A $12 part almost cost me $1200+ dollars. Now I’m questioning if the pump and floats were actually bad… did they actually get replaced? I never got to keep my old parts, which by law, they have to provide me. Even if there was a core charge, I legally have the option to pay the core charge and keep my parts. Only reason I gave 2 stars is they are friendly and showed up on time.

Went into this company to interview for a sheetmetal position, great interview, they said they would contact me on wenesday with an offer. That was supposed to be april 5th. Instead of emailing or calling or even sending a text message saying they are going in a different route. So this is about their lack of communication.

So, called these guys and scheduled one of their plumbers to come over and provide a quote, on a hot water expansion outlet and a burst pipe in our ceiling that rendered that shower unusable. From my view, they no-showed. From their side, they said, "the tech came by, said he knocked 3 times then left." HE DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO RING THE DOOR BELL. I work from home, downstairs in my office. No knocking on our front door will ever be heard from my office, I have a buzzer in my office that buzzes when the doorbell is rung. I am a bit in disbelief that this standard, common, 100+ year old device called "the doorbell", so perplexed and stumped the plumber that he could not figure out what it is or how it works. That said? Mistakes happen. I get it. Get someone out here the next day, right? Nope, they refused to prioritize or expedite this, saying they could be back here "only on our standard scheduling" which was nearly 2 weeks out. More? We will be on vacation, and we were trying to get this quoted/fixed before leaving for vacation. And we had ALREADY WAITED a couple weeks for THIS scheduled appt! Stinks, would have loved to give them a 5 star review! But their plumber being so absurd and lacking common sense to RING THE DOORBELL WHEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE AT THEIR HOME, was bad... but them refusing to schedule me sooner or prioritize due their employees silliness? That took the cake. Needless to say, I'm making calls to get quotes from others.

Silverline Electric is such an incredible group! We had to have modifications done for the sale of our home. They came in and examined our entire house, reviewed our inspection results and brought the house up to code. Our house is 50 years old, that is NOT a simple task! Not only did they abide by COVID protocol, they were extremely professional and had a super easy checkout process. I highly recommend Silverline!

Highly Recommend! -- I needed a new 50amp circuit and receptacle for charging an electric car. I got a couple of quotes from around town. Silverline was not only less expensive, they were also able to come out and do the job sooner than everyone else. Marly, who answers the phone was especially helpful and easy to work with. She passed my questions on to the people who could answer them, and then promptly followed up to me with a phone call or email to keep my project moving. I will use them again.

We have worked with Silverline for many years and always have enjoyed the experience. Recently they blew me away by helping me with an emergency at my home, they not only completed the repair but manage to take care of several other issues that had been concerning us for several years. Highly recommend the entire team!

AC went out during the summer and I was told up to 2 weeks by other companies but Silverline came out within a couple of hours and had me up in 1 hour. They didn't push to sell me a new unit but just got me up and going and the price was better than what I was quoted by others. Calling them first next time.

I used to work for Silverline And I never would have thought I could loved work so much. It starts up top with the ownership and all the guys and gals in the office. Brad the owner is one of the best owners I've ever worked under. Joel, Steve, and Mikel Represent true professionalism and take pride in what they do. Lindsey and Jamie fuel energy into the customer relations aspect as well as Helping manage jobs and the Electricians schedule. The only reason I don’t work for them is because I moved to Seattle to work there and get my commercial license but I’ve almost got it and once I do Silverline is the place for me. Tyler and Efrain are two stellar journeymen. Truly Great and HONEST company.

Silverline Plumbing and electric has been great.. I had a hot water heater go out. And one of the buildings on my storage facility the lighting was not working also. They were out the same day for both issues, had me back up and running the same day. I would highly recommend.

We've relied on Silverline for our plumbing and electrical needs for several years. They've always been reliable, professional and worked hard to serve us quickly in a busy construction environment. Mikel, the Plumbing Manager has come himself in order to meet our timeframe. They replaced a waterline between the house and street taking exceptional care to minimize landscaping damage and have also done several small plumbing jobs inside the house. The electrical wing of Silverline has been equally helpful with breaker replacement and lighting upgrades. I recommend Silverline wholeheartedly!
