Had an issue with my heating after hours. When nobody else in my town would call me back, he stepped up to the plate to walk me through fixing my heating issue! He was very patient and polite with me, considering I interrupted his dinner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you!
I called Tri City Heating and Cooling LLC to see if they could diagnose my HVAC issue of not cooling. I watched Ryan go through and test the most common failures in the system, no luck. Unfortunately, my compressor went out due to an issue with my cooling coil, I needed to replace my AC. I had already gotten a quote from another reputable company, but their price seemed to high for me and they didn't do as good of a job trying to diagnose the problem. Ryan gave me a fair price (without me telling him the other company's quote). This is exactly what I look for in a company like Tri City Heating and Cooling that is honest, professional, quality work at a fair price! Ryan explained everything he was doing as I watched him and helped me understand what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company, 5 stars!
Great and fast service! We had indoor and outdoor units replaced and Ryan was always super responsive during the entire process. This was for a rental so I wasn't always able to be there. He performed the perfect pace of getting the job done quick, without hindering quality or thoroughness. Right on time for summer days! Definitely recommend Tri City Heating & Air!
I don't usually do reviews or give 5 stars. But I had such a great experience. I highly recommend Tri City Heating and Air. My AC quit working today and Ryan was here within a couple of hours. Had it fixed right away and at a reasonable price. Super nice guy. I will definitely call him again. It's nice to have AC again on a 100+ degree day. Thank you Ryan!!
Our AC unit was not working. We saw Tri-City Heating & Air at our neighbors house. We waited until Ryan pulled out and stopped him. Told him our problem and Ryan said let’s go check it out! I know he was exhausted and ready to go home but he was there to help one more family. Our unit was bad enough that we had to replace it. Within less than a week we had our new furnace / heat pump / AC unit installed. The job was done timely and on budget. Ryan was very fair with his pricing. We were kept informed throughout the project. We are very happy with the Customer Service, install and follow-up Ryan did. Highly Recommend Tri-City Heating & Air LLC
Ryan Mirus was great! Our A/C went out in the middle of a hot weekend and he fit us in to his, already busy, schedule. He repaired our A/C and did a full HVAC service. He helped a neighbor out also and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He is the only HVAC company in the area that we will refer!

Tri-City Heating & Air has served our family the last two years . Very responsive, very willing to do the right repair within your budget without compromising the performance of your system. They have never tried to push a new system on us like most other places I've had quoted in the past, but at the same time I'm confident they would recommend a new system when a patch or fix will not last for the value of repair.
Very nice and hard working the owner walked me trough all the steps that were needed to get my HVAC system done and worked with us to meet our budget. Great service would definitely recommend
