Today on the installation of my new heat pump, Hank and Max did an excellent job, ably supported by a great team from Empire Electric. Great teamwork and lots of hard work got it done--and done early! Beautiful workmanship that has made my house safer and more comfortable for years to come. Very impressive personnel from J&R, as always! Best regards to Hank and Max, and thanks for a job well done!!
New install, not satisfied yet, been battling downfalls, they have been great responding, just hope they can make it right….. post updates along the way, So far great service after new install, but not cooling yet…. Thankful for the techs, but looking for closure, can’t wait for them to do what's right. Go team
Representative Kevin G. seemed very knowledgeable on the A/C systems Jacobs and Rhodes Heating & Air Conditioning had to offer. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a professional manner and provided a competitive bid. We met with two other vendors, but chose Jacobs and Rhodes because of what we determined from the internet, and our meeting with Kevin, to be great customer service.
I want to give Hank, Max, and Javier a big thumbs up. They were professional, courteous and responsive to the needs of the customer. It was actually like they weren't there. Obviously, there is going to be some noise based on the type of work being done, however; I really didn't notice it. Good job guys and thank you from a grateful patron. One thing. Don't ever use those cards anymore with the QR codes. You know what I mean.

Outstanding job on the install. Got in and knocked it out. System was cooling the house by 1pm. Look no further if you have A/C needs.
Jacob and Rhodes is always there for me!! They are very efficient and it’s really the best place to deal with. Great reception and great technicians. They also have a great maintenance plan.

Tim was very professional and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and fixed my issue fast. He was honest and up front about the condition of my hvac and ac unit. He even helped me take pictures of the damage so I could send it to my partner. I would definitely recommend this company!

Kevin and I went in the garage where my unit is standing and he explained every thing what will be new and what they are going to do. We also went outside and he showed me where the unit will be installed there. All the explanation he gave me, made up my mind to give my order to Kevin. He also told me right than and there, that it will be about 2 weeks or more out until the work can be done. Right now the unit I have is working, and that is because the tech named " KEVIN" has been doing a good job to get it running. That also was one of the reasons I went with Jacobs and Rhodes, because of the service I have been getting all those years. Since my husband past away and I have to take card of every thing my self, I have to depend on the honesty of the service and sales people. I am looking forward to my new air and heater unit. After having a new HVAC system installed in our home two years ago, it stopped working one weekend. We called a service tech and he said that the condensate drain may be plugged and to just disable the safety switch and they would come out at their earliest availability. On the next Friday he came out and worked on clearing the drain. He hooked up a small shop vacuum to clear the drain pipe but could not clear it. then he pressurized the pipe with nitrogen and cleared the pipe. However he never inspected what caused the blockage and never even attempted to find the end of the drain pipe. Why did we have to pay $256 for him to not solve our problem. Why was the drain not inspected when the $10k system was installed. Come to find out the end of the drain pipe is in a well at the back porch that is full of dirt and water which he did nothing to fix. He was not willing to crawl under the house to find out where the drain was routed. blowing out the pipe did nothing to fix our problem as the dirt and water went right back into the pipe causing another blockage. After many visits from other techs and companies, Hank figured out and fixed the issues we were having. Very appreciative to finally have the pre existing problems we had solved.
