Dayco heating service is the best. We are in our 80dies . There reps are alway good to answer all our questions. They take time to check out everything when they are here.

The technician was quick and helpful. He explained what he was doing. Didn’t care for the poor customer service when calling the office. The technician was a little behind. I called the office to find out when he would arrive, the only answer I received is was he’d be there within the time window. This was extremely unhelpful since the window had already passed. Just wish they had better customer service and more communication. I wasted 3 hours of my time for a 15 minute diagnostic.
He showed up on time and did a great job explaining everything to us in a way we understood. Very helpful and professional.
Very profession and nice to work with. Air conditioning went out on a Friday night and they came out Saturday morning to fix it. So glad we have the maintenance plan!

When our A/C stopped cooling the house we called a different company to fix it - they charged $129 for a service charge but just wanted to sell us an entirely new system for $15k. We heard good things about Dayco and called for a 2nd opinion. The Technician, Seth, was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get our existing system up and running in less than an hour for the $99 service charge + the materials cost of coolant added. Our house has already cooled down - thank you for coming to the rescue Dayco! We will use them the next time we need help for sure.
The technician that came out to check our system was very courteous, professional and offered a lot of helpful advice to keep our system operating at an optimal level. I’m always happy with the service I receive from Dayco!

Seth went above and beyond and found black mold we didn’t know was growing in our duct work. He took his time to educate us about what he found and what can be done about it. Seth is exceptional! I am always very grateful to have Dayco helping us out!
I have always used Dayco for maintenance etc. on my HVAC System - I always will. Dayco couldn’t be better to deal with from scheduling the appointment, communicating the time of arrival, and continuing right on through to the completion of work. Seth, was my most recent technician and I’m thankful he was… He performed the routine maintenance on our system, but because he is so thorough, he was able to diagnose and fix a problem I was noticing recently and in the past… he explained what was happening, took care of the issue, and offered up his recommendations for future maintenance. I was relieved… Thank you Seth and Dayco.

Dayco checks all the boxes. Amazing service. Techs are very knowledgeable, and will take time to explain everything to you. So far all the techs I have dealt with have gone the extra mile, and made the experience great. I will never use anyone else but Dayco. I recommend them to everyone. I signed up for the monthly service plan and signed my mother up as well, and it has totally paid for its self....so worth it!!!!
Nick arrive at the agreed time. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Gave us insight into how to operate our system efficiently and took the time to explain what made it more efficient.
