AC wasn't do it what it should, Carlos came out and identified the problem, unfortunately it will need a different tech to do the fix. He loaded us up with freon for a band. Very nice fellow.
Used them again, Julio was awesome! Friday night 10pm, awesome tech answers the phone first ring, here in no time, AC fixed in 20 minutes for a totally reasonable price. I will not do business with anyone else. Alex is the man!
Provided excellent service. Technician listened to description of problem and after a few minutes of trouble shooting he found the problem. He described what was wrong and listed the parts for repair. Got my approval and he had the system operational in a short amount of time. He was professional and did not try to up sell for additional services. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC repair.
Francisco did a great job as have the other technicians that have been here. Sad thing is that the technicians have had to come to repair the shoddy installation. Five stars for technicians, one for installation.

We replaced our heat pump in 2018, and sought quotes from at least six local companies. I also got a lot of help with research from a cousin who owns an HVAC company elsewhere. Chinook provided by far the best price and were the most professional of any of the companies we spoke with. I think we saved $4k going with Chinook compared with the next highest quote. The owner spent time with us at our house talking about our needs and best options. We have been really happy with the new system. Their annual maintenance program is very affordable. We have had one issue since install and the service guy was out to help us within a half hour of our call. I could not ask for or hope for a better and more professional company.

Had a service call scheduled for weeks. Day before the technician is supposed to be arrive. We get a call saying they cant make the scheduled appointment. Use another business that's more reliable, avoid Chinook Heating & Air.
Christian was on time and very professional. Provided the service as requested and actually saved us several hundred dollars from the original estimate! Thx Christian. Chinook has been our HVAC service company since 2019 when they installed our entire HVAC system.
The technician worked quickly and efficiently. At the end he explained in detail what he did and what we might want to replace. Great young man and very professional.

This company is phenomenal! Alfa, Julio, Pedro, Carlos, and Heriberto are amazing and incredibly hard workers. Cole is generous and kind, and literally saved us this summer. I can’t recommend them enough. Our AC system went out this spring and after calling Chinook they took such good care of us. We had an ancient relic that finally died, and they replaced it with a gorgeous, efficient, and quiet unit. The installation was done in a day, and is simple to use. Alfa was so kind to me, and I’ll never forget how much relief I felt knowing that my family wasn’t going to struggle in the heat this summer. I have experienced heat stroke twice in my lifetime, and the possibility that we wouldn’t have access to AC was terrifying. Thank you so much to everyone that has helped our family during this process, we are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done. Chinook Heating and Air is the best!
Our 1st tech we felt was untrained and did not even do the basics of even replacing the air filter that was next to our furnace or sign the maintenance sheet on the furnace unit. Then checked our house and pool heat/AC. Had to have another tech come out as pool heat & AC pump was not working.Thank goodness Germaine came out. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it plus spent time making sure all our units were working correctly!
Tech was great and very professional have had him before and does a very good job.

Eddie arrived early which was awesome and gave me me time to ask questions. Eddy came to perform routine maintenance for my hvac system . He was very professional and taught me very valuable information about the heat pump system and thermostat controls. He found that my compressor to the A/C was going bad so I had him replace it since we are in for hot summer. It's better to be safe than sorry. Eddie even rolled up my hose after cleaning the outside system, this impressed me. Thank you for everything. Debra Lincoln
