Our heat pump needed to be replaced. I went with Apollo due to competitive bid and responsiveness from Brandon. Patrick and Omar were here at 6am to do the job and we couldn't be happier!
Most recently I had a new water softener installed. In a society where there is very little customer service, Vinh and Steve went out of their way to make sure I was happy. In the past they have put in a new furnace and AC for me. They are always professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!
Bought a whole new ac/ heat system last summer and they ended up having to custom build one for our home and they did so as no extra charge to us and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing but top notch with these guys. They worked for 7 hours non stop at my home despite that I kept telling them they were welcome to take a break or go have some lunch and come back afterwards but no they wanted to get in and get the Job done and they did a wonderful job with every single step. I will definitely be a customer for life with this company! Thank yall for everything 🙏
This is a warring to anyone that needs HVAC service if you use this company they will essentially extort you and charge you for things at an extreme rate and lie about hours worked. We utilize this company due to the suggestion of a relative The tech spent an hour and a half the first day refused to receive payment would not tell us how much we owed, said that we needed heating tape but he didn't have it at the time but would come back and apply it no problem in the next few days. (THIS WAS A PLOY TO COME BACK OUT AND CHARGE MORE) Time went by we never heard anything from them no one would tell us what things cost he eventually shows up after my wife contacts them and schedules it. The tech applies the heat tape, again doesn't tell us how much anything costs and leaves. We receive a bill for $888!!! They lied about the hours spent in my home. This company charged me $250 for heating tape that from my research costs between $20 and $60 on Amazon. We were charged for at least 1 hour of labor that never occurred at $150 and hour the time spent on site is documented on ring doorbell of him slowly carrying his gear in and out of my house to drag the time out I'm guessing. however even that didn't amount to all the hours they claim. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FALL VICTIM TO WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING. It's a shame I wonder how many people have fallen victim to this fraud!
My Dad had an amazing experience with Apollo Heating and Air when he called for emergency HVAC system repair. My mechanic Dave was on time, kind, professional and had our HVAC System up and running in less than an hour! Highly Recommend. Thanks Apollo!
I normally love their service but today they didn't have time to come out and diagnose my unit. So my home insurance could pay for a new unit. They told me I had to call somebody else. I was gonna buy a new unit from them today, but they told me to go someplace else. The lady on the phone did not want my business.
A guy came in 2017 and supposedly fix our gas heater but this month we got some one from a company close by and they told us they did a poor job there was a wire that was connected wrong and damage the heater so no

I hired Apollo to replace a heat pump, air handler, humidifier and thermostat. I selected Apollo after reading many reviews, checking a few references and a slight preference for Carrier equipment. There bid was very competitive compared to two other contractors. Patrick and Tim performed the install. They were very professional and experienced. They took care to keep my home clean and the install was done in a very professional manner. After the install, Tim walked me through the install and its use. Its now two weeks after the install and system is working perfectly. Update: I decided to lower my review to 4 stars. Equipment install I described above was great and a year later is running great. However, the insulation that was reinstalled around my ductwork came undone. I've had Apollo back on two occasions to reinstall it properly with no success. I'll take care of it myself but not to happy about it!
Our air conditioning system stopped working on Tuesday. I called Apollo on Wednesday and they were able to send a technician to our house that afternoon. I was told the technician would arrive between 2:00 - 4:00 pm and that I would be called first. At around 2:15 pm I received a call from Patricia who said she would arrive in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival, she was in a mask as required. Patricia was friendly, professional, and found the issue quickly (the capacitor). She also did a thorough check of all the systems, performed a cleaning of the coils (which hasn't been cleaned for 10 years) and left us with a working unit that was more efficient. I am extremely happy with the service provided.
Old HVAC unit went down & Apollo responded quickly even though the timing wasn't good for our main contact he sent Eric who could not have been anymore responsive & helpful.
The original new construction HVAC system install in my home was done by Apollo about eight years ago. The system design is poorly done resulting in uneven heating throughout the house. Recently and in the last few years the flexible ducting separates from the registers and manifolds so the conditioned air is blown into the attic space, not in house. Tape was used instead of the large zip ties to attach the ducting.
Thank you Alex for the great job of servicing out mini split units. Alex performed steps that none of the other techs had ever done. Worked clean - didn't leave any mess behind of any kind. Hope we get him in the spring for our spring servicing.

Our A/C was no longer working, so my husband contacted Apollo. We were able to get an appt very fast. Juan was our HVAC technician & he was amazing! He was able to figure out the issue immediately and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable on what he does. He explained everything in great detail, which was very nice so I knew what happened. If we have any issues in the future, we’d love Juan to be our HVAC technician. Thank you again!
