Jaime called me back on a Sunday night to discuss my AC issue and then he came out the next day and had my system running in minutes! He found the problem immediately. I’ve used All Assured for years and Jaime especially is my go to guy! Thank you so much for keeping our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Jaime is always friendly, personable, and just a good guy to chat with about not only the work at hand but family and life in general. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there!
They provided prompt & excellent service and I highly recommend them ... I had an emergency heat problem during this really cold spell & they showed up in minutes to fix the problem ...
Jamie and his crew showed up and did an awesome job installing a new system on short notice. I was going through cancer treatments when my AC went out making it almost unbearable to recover comfortably in my house. Jamie was recommended by a good friend and was prompt giving an estimate and starting the job. Jamie and his crew were very polite, clean and finished the job in a day pulling all of his employees in to help so my family could get some relief from the heat as the house temperature was approaching 100 degrees. I highly recommend you contact All Assured to have your electrical and HVAC done.
When our system died, all assured offered the best value and quick replacement. Jamie is almost always available and cares about satisfying the customer. Strongly endorse.
I called A-One to do their $59 special cleaning service during the winter. They were there a long time and at the end they said they needed to bring in the supervisor to put it back together because of possible leaks. I was told I needed new top and bottom units that would cost around $15-18k. Spring came and I noticed that the AC wasn't cooling like it was suppose to so I thought that they were right and I needed a new unit. I texted Jaime at All Assured because he fixed my unit a winter previous rather then replace the entire unit and he called me back within 10 min. I figured everyone is so busy he would get back to me in a week or so but he came the next day about 7pm and finished about 9pm. He cleaned the unit throughly teaching me how to do it so I can do it on my own in the future and save a call. He went through everything and said there were a couple issues and are fixable. In the end he put more freon in it, showing no leaks and has worked great. I went from getting ripped off for almost 20k to a very reasonable cost. After doing research I learned that if there is a leak that it would continue to leak and be close to empty. Also freon isn't like gas it stays in the system. The only thing that I can conclude is that A-One took out freon to try and convince me that there were leaks and buy entire units. Jaime is a very trusting person that I will only do business through him from now on. He will be my number 1 recommendation to everyone I know.
Needed my freon recharged in my ac unit and called around, had Campbell & company come and all they did was charge me the $150 fee and told me they couldn't recharge it and I need to replace the unit. Jamie came same day I called and topped it off and found out I rewired my google thermostat wrong. He took the time to rewire it correctly and my house is cooling during 4th of July weekend. Highly recommend All assured heating and will use them from here on out!
I called jaime during a heatwave he was able to come out the same day. I had a bad compressor and my unit was close to 20yrs old so I asked for a bid to replace entire system. He gave me a great bid (price) and ordered the new system. Him and his crew came to my house and had it installed, it was all attic work super hot but they were professional and had it done by the afternoon. Would Definitely recommend them!!
Very unprofessional. He came to my house 3 times and charged me for stuff that didn't even need to be done. Total cost almost $900 for nothing. The stuff that he worked on should have been covered by warranty which he did not explain to me I had to figure out on my own. He said there's some type of charge he had to deduct for the warranty and that he would give me 90 of my $300 back. Which I am still waiting on my $90. You will not return my calls to meet me for my money. Be very weary of this man He will say whatever he can to diagnose everything but the real problem to get as much money as you can from you.
Jamie was great to work with. He communicated clearly and was prompt with phone calls and messaging in order to get things moving. Our old unit broke down and the turn around to replacing our old unit was quick. I highly recommend!
Fantastic service! Jaime came within two hours of my call, even when the other 20+ companies I called refused due to the AC unit bring in the attic. He diagnosed the issue within 10 mins, taught us how to wash and maintain the outside unit, and did not try to oversell us. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He was clearly very knowledgeable and pricing was less than all other quotes i received from other companies. I could not recommend him more! Will definitely be using only him from now on, and will be recommending him to all my family and friends. 10/10!
Jamie from All Assured was AWESOME! . . . Responsive, Honest, Genuine, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Fair! My family and I came back from vacation late Friday before the Holiday Weekend (July 4th Weekend) to a house at 98 degrees. I called Brand X and was told Sunday at the earliest and $190 call out plus $260/# if it was low on Freon. Saw the reviews for All Assured so I called Saturday morning and got the answering machine is full message. Before I could call another HVAC company, Jamie was calling me! I hadn’t even left a message. He was able to come by between other calls after about an hour. Jamie checked/inspected our HVAC system and let me know it was not a low Freon issue and a repair would be expensive (possibly cost prohibitive). I knew it was past due (unit was 28yrs old). He said he wasn’t going to charge for the call out. Jamie showed me examples of other similar HVAC replacement jobs he had done. He explained the options with pros/cons, relative cost, and durability. He sent me a detailed estimate that Sunday, July 4th. After reviewing the quote and researching the equipment he would be installing, I called him to start the process but the warehouse was closed in observance of Independence Day. On Tuesday morning he voluntarily sent an employee to our house to set up a temporary portable AC unit to help keep the house more comfortable. Jamie and his crew showed up early Wednesday A.M. and worked all day to complete the custom installation of our new High Efficiency HVAC system. Jamie moved the Heat pump to the side of the house so it was out of sight and couldn’t be heard, custom installed the new Air Handler, coils, and large filtration system (so quiet!) where the old system had been. The team was awesome! They were Professional, Courteous, Thorough, and Tidy . . . WOW! Just WOW!
I called on Sunday July 4th morning, and didn’t get an answer, and I didn’t even leave a message. They got back to me 20 mins later, and had my AC fixed in less than an hour at a super reasonable rate for being a Holiday and a Sunday. I will recommend them to anybody who ever needs HVAC help from now on. Other company’s wanted 4-5x the price they did.
Jimmy is super kind and caring, respectful, and honorable, when I called him I was very stressed and frustrated and he came right away to help us, very reasonable prices, he never tried to take advantage of the urgency if our problem, he actually help us save some money, his goal is to help to resolve the matter, and he did it! I’m very happy and satisfied with his services, I highly recommend him! Thank you Jimmy you are awesome!!!
My HVAC unit was down due its age during recent hot spell in Tri Cities. Jamie diagnosed promptly and gave me a few options with two brands for replacement. He is versatile in meeting customer’s needs. With many pricey units being sold, Jamie delivered top notch quality on the job and customer satisfaction is top priority for him, from start to finish. His crew was punctual and work like busy bees till clean up. For my money, Jamie is the go-to guy for HVAC or Electric.
We had a very unfortunate experience with a different local heating and air conditioning company. We called Jamie on a Sunday and he got right back to us. Jamie came to our home on Monday and assessed our unit. He was very professional and thorough. He gave us an honest quote and we had our new unit by Wednesday. Good experience with the Service from this company. My HVAC system just stop working. They identified the problem, broke down the cost of repair, and fixed my system in record time. I'm very pleased. I recommend them 10/10.
Called pretty late on a Saturday night and Jaime got right back to me almost immediately (before I even had time to leave a message). Told him my problems and he offered me multiple troubleshooting tips to try and resolve the issue. He also gave me up front pricing and price differences for the weekend vs weekday service. Jaime was polite genuinely more worried about helping than making money. I would highly recommend all-assured
Jaime Vargas is Great at what he does and does quality work!!! It took a couple visits but he had to narrow down exactly what the problem was. I appreciate that he did that and didn't just start throwing parts/money at fixing my air conditioning unit. He is very invested into his work and it shows Big Time! I had this system installed 3 years ago and it has Never worked right. The people who installed it came back and gave me things I could do to fix it but never narrowed it down and figured it out as Jaime did. Everything they told me wasn't even the issue. Thank goodness for Jaime because he figured out exactly what the problem was and saved me a ton of cash!!! I would use home again and refer him to everyone that I know! He stayed late finishing up to make sure the system was working (like 9pm) then called me today (Sunday) to make sure it was still working. Highly recommend Jaime from All Assured. Very friendly and outgoing person. Me and my fiancee just recently bought a home and the AC suddenly went out. He was able to fix our AC in a timely manner.
Didn't show up or call back for two separate appointments for just an estimate on a job. Very disappointed.
