Tony was a consummate professional, hard worker and managed to get rid of so much low hanging ducting by putting it behind the wall, which I had never even known was an option. He saved me thousands of dollars as I no longer had to dig out the basement to increase head clearance. The owner is pleasant, timely and so talented. I was blown away by what a great experience I had with them and would recommend them a million times over.

We are so pleased with our new ducting and heat pump system and thankful we went with Royal Heating to get the job done. We knew less than we thought about HVAC systems at the start of the process and Tony was very patient and worked with us as we got up to speed. Tony came by multiple times before starting the job, was always available by phone, had clear communication and a fair quote. Now, we are ready for heat waves in summer and have removed an ancient oil/gas furnace that took up half of the basement. Tony installed a new ducting system that looks great, minimized altering the living areas of the house and installed new vents in areas that weren’t conditioned before. We passed Seattle’s refrigeration, electrical and furnace inspections without issue. Overall, we can’t recommend Tony and Royal Heating enough. We are thankful we went with an owner/operator with years and years of experience and a great attitude.

Tony is one of the best professionals I've had the pleasure of working with in the service industry. I've worked with countless others where getting them to consistently communicate with me felt like pulling teeth at a dentist office. Tony is very responsive and responds to all calls & texts within 24 hours which I feel is one of the most important qualities of a contractor. He was also very helpful with picking out my new HVAC system, taking the time to explain benefits/drawbacks of each system and sticking to all the dates he committed to. I only have excellent things to say about Tony/Royal Heating and would recommend his services each & every time for your HVAC needs.

f you're looking for a quality HVAC contractor, I suggest you contact Tony at Royal HVAC. Tony is on my short list of exemplary contractors. I hired Tony for a new construction HVAC install. He has always showed up on time, works quickly and efficiently, does what he says, and his attention to detail and workmanship is second to none for an extremely competitive price. There doesn't exist enough superlatives to describe how much I treasure him. Take a look at these photos. He used rigid ductwork wherever he could to improve flow and sealed the connections with mastic instead of tape for longevity. For bends, he used rigid elbows instead of trying to bend the ducting (which can compromise flow). For the last few feet of ductwork to the registers, he transitioned to flex to dampen the sound (all rigid ductwork to registers can amplify noise). Where he used flex, he ensured the flex wasn't kinked and properly stretched out. All my bedrooms have a dedicated air return so that they are pressure equalized. He ran a heat-recovery ventilator exhaust to each bathroom so that I don't need a dedicated bathroom fan in each bathroom which reduces the number of penetrations through the building envelope for increased air-tightness. He even took the time to line up the ductwork in the basement parallel to the walls to make it look clean because they would be exposed of his own accord. Most importantly, he spent a lot of time ensuring that there would be proper flow to all the spaces. In my current house I have rooms that hardly get any air so they're always too hot or too cold. I won't have such issues with Tony's install. In the end, I got a Cadillac system for less than what the other big outfits wanted to charge me and those other guys were not going to do all the things I just listed.
