Jordan was extremely helpful. He added me to the end of his day and got my AC up and running the same day I talked to him.
About 7pm realized the furnace wasn't working. They called back in 5 minutes, came at 9pm (called first)fixed the problem and charged a standard rate. I love supporting high quality local companies.
Jordon did a fantastic job of diagnosing a problem with the circuit board in my furnace and obtaining a replacement for our old outdated furnace. He resolved all issues on Saturday and Sunday and was very knowledgeable and helpful allowing me to weigh alternative decisions. I highly recommend his services.
Call Furnace Aid and leave a message. Skip before Jordan took over the business have responded to service and fix my furnace for over 30 years. Recently, during extremely cold weather, in despair I called another company and Furnace Aid to get my furnace working. The other company came 1st, but couldn't it to work: they had no parts and couldn't find the parts locally. They quoted $8,000 to install a new furnace the next day. Jordan came that night after his last commitment. He had a new controller in his van with 2 used parts to get it working. He returned the next week with new parts. Response and expertise top notched! Thank you Jordan.
We have worked with Jordan and Cody for years and cannot even begin to tell you how pleased we always are with their incredible customer service and work. Our furnace recently went out and I called at 8:00 pm thinking I would hear back the next day and they called the same night to make sure we were ok and to offer a solution to try until they could get out to look at it. In this day and age customer service seems to be missing, but these two could write a book on it.
There aren't enough stars for Jordan. He's honest, pleasant, affordable, and, best yet, fixed our furnace that every other contractor deemed unfixable. I'm so thankful that I have a HVAC person I can trust. Congratulations, you can stop your search. You've found your guy.

We worked with Jordan and he was great! Even from the initial phone call he was very courteous and helpful, giving us tips on some troubleshooting options to try before enlisting their help. He was very respectful of our COVID concerns, quick and professional at his work. We appreciate them squeezing us in to fix our furnace on the same day! Their pricing was very fair and honest. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends!
I've used Furnace Aid many multiple times in the 30 years I've lived on the Plateau. Great work, responsive, good advice and always looking to help, not sell you something you don't necessarily need. Honest, high integrity, professional. Highly recommend....
furnace broke, got 6 quotes around 2k to fix and all suggesting to replace (from 5 to 8k for a new furnace). neighbor suggested to call this company. Jordan came and was not surprised by the crazy quotes. He fixed it for $500. Gained a lifetime customer.
What happens when your furnace goes out 2 days before Christmas and you have a house full of people coming? Call Jordan - he came that day after 9 pm to help us out. This is during the crazy low temps of Christmas '21 and Furnace Aid was obviously working overtime to help as many people as possible. Do yourself a favor, skip the huge HVAC advertisers and work with a local family owned business that will go the extra mile.

Jordan went above and beyond, squeezing us in on a Friday evening to troubleshoot our temperamental furnace and find a fix--just in time as the nights are starting to get chilly. Our A/C went out the day after the 100 degree+ heat wave a few weeks ago. Everyone we called to fix it said they couldn't address it for 2 weeks or more. Furnace Aid (Jordan) was able to come to our home within 48 hours, spend an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem and the bill...we expected it to be astronomical...$236! Outstanding and professional service, highly recommend
2020 Christmas Long weekend for us, we realized saturday night that the furnace isn't heating anymore. Called a few places in the morning including Furnace Aid. Jordan called back within a couple of hours on Sunday, that was a nice surprise for me as I wasn't expecting any call backs from anyone as it is the long weekend. The best part is the service is not labeled "emergency" service even though it was done without any prior appointment. Jordan quickly figured out the problem (it was a part replacement). The next day he came back with the new part to finish the job. To top it all, he threw in a quick checkup of our fireplace and started it on request, as we have not used it in a few years. I feel lucky to find a great service, I recommend Furnace Aid.
Christmas Day, hot water tank is leaking. Called three places plus Furnace Aid. Jordan at Furnace Aid was the only one to call me back same day. Within two hours of calling and 24 hours of when the tank failed, I have a new one without being price gouged or delayed and scheduled weeks away. I will not call another place ever again, for all furnace and water heater needs.
Great company! I highly recommend Furnace Aid. Jordan is such a nice, knowledgeable, honest guy. He will not try and rip you off. He offered to come out at 10pm the same day he got back from his trip - he is truly the best!

Furnace Aid delivered exceptional service when they recently replaced a furnace that had unexpectedly been shut down by PSE for a mechanical failure. Our rep, Jordan, was not only wicked-smart (computer science degree in addition to the family business!), but incredibly responsive, honest, and hard working. Knowing that our furnace woes had interrupted a planned vacation, Jordan went out of his way to prioritize our job and added our install to the end of a long day, which meant that he worked past Midnight! He literally saved our vacation with his positive attitude, great customer service, and amazing work ethic. We found their pricing to be the best as well, and love supporting a family-owned, local business! We will only use them now for service and also call them for our water heater when we need to replace this.
