The team from Benjamin Heating And Cooling were able to get to us the very next day, which was a lifesaver because it was too hot this weekend without A/C. The response time was great. Tech showed up and even called to let me know when he would be arriving. Also fixed my problem and explained what broke. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Good work Benjamin Heating And Cooling.
I can't believe how reliable this company is! I am extremely happy I went with them. The time between me calling them the first time to sched a tech to take a look at my faulty unit and getting new a/c installed was only 6 hours! Nick, Josh and his team have been thorough, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!!
I’m am disappointed in this company. I called into the company and clearly explained that I needed services for my HVAC located in my BUSINESS. I said to him several times I am a business in need of HVAC and plumbing services. The representative was speaking very fast promising me the moon and the stars. His main objective was to get me to buy their membership. Please BEWARE. Benjamin is a sourcing company selling memberships. Come to find out an hour later after I purchased the memberships they don’t hav a 3rd party tech that service businesses . That’s when I discovered it was only about me purchasing their membership. Please beware.
I can't express how knowledgeable and professional this company is. The guy had complete knowledge of how to handle and resolve the issues we were having with our Lennox system. I heartily urge everyone to use them.

The technician, Kelly, arrived on time, was kind, and was eager to help. I told him what was going on and he got right to work explaining what he was doing and educating me along the way. In a short period of time, he identified the issue. In less than an hour, he finished the task after making a call to the manufacturer, picking up the components. Fantastic service!
We adore this business. This summer, when our AC malfunctioned once more, Benjamin Heating & Cooling arrived the very next day. The tech was very personable and gave a thorough explanation of everything. He appeared very knowledgable and clearly explained all of our options to us. He persuaded us to enrol in their service plan, and I'm so pleased we did because a few weeks ago, we had another problem, and they came out and fixed it in a day.
