Had a great experience with this company today. Needed a maintenance appt to deal with a squeaky unit. The tech, Chad, who came was very professional, explained everything he was doing and the reasons why, and fixed the issue. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. First off I would like to say thank you to Ace and Titan Water Heating Repair. Right before 4 PM this evening my AC decided to go out. My Nest was giving me an error with the Y1 wire. Which is the cooling wire. It just reached 100° and it’s a Friday evening about to start. I’ve just recently been diagnosed with a medical condition in heat triggers a reaction so I needed my system repaired ASAP. The Titan Water Heating Repair of our dispatch had a technician at my house in 30 minutes. Ace did a great job of troubleshooting my issue, ace was able to identify the wiring issue and corrected and also replaced the transformer and coil. He did all of this while a monsoon just happen to come in and he was soaking wet when it was all done. Ace was professional thorough and explained everything that he did. I want to thank ace and the Titan Water Heating Repair team for all they do! Do you have a customer for life! As fixing my AC probably saved mine!!! Thank you!!!
Titan Water Heating Repair put two new a/c and heating systems in for us including all equipment. They put coverings down to protect all flooring and were super professional in all aspects. They were extremely fast and efficient in completing the work. Everything works great!! We were very happy with their work!!!
Great company! Second time using Titan Water Heating Repair. Todd was an excellent communicator and let me know each step of the way what he was checking, what he expected to see and wGreathen he found two parts needing replaced, he demonstrated how they failed and why it was important to replace them. I understood everything he explained and I am not knowledgeable at all. Also, he showed me the great maintenance agreements the offer - no pressure - I read through it and found it was an excellent maintenance program and voila we now have the Best AC/Heating company making sure or homeis warm and cool whenever it should be. The technician Justin was extremely polite and professional. He tested two of my a/c units and found one had a slight leak at the high pressure switch. He tightened it up added a couple pounds of Freon and the unit ran great. The other unit he tested was performing well with no issues. I had another a/c company out the previous day that told me I needed a new condenser, quoted me 6,500, and that the other unit needed a new high pressure switch and Freon which was going to cost over 800 in repairs. I new to call Titan Water Heating Repair for a second opinion and my total repair was less than $200 Thank you Titan Water Heating Repair for being so professional and honest, you saved me lots of money. I highly recommend, and now have a new A/C service provider.
Rick was prompt and professional when he came by for our annual AC inspection. He was honest with his diagnosis and gave a very straightforward fix to an issue with our smart thermostat. Nice guy and friendly. We have always had good experiences with Titan Water Heating Repair service.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called Titan Water Heating Repair who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. From the first moment I called their office I was impressed. Lady on the phone was friendly and professional with sense of humor. I requested someone to come check our AC. She gave me a reasonable time frame for them to arrive. Todd called before he came, gave me his arrival time and he showed up ON TIME. He quickly figured out the issue and had it up and running toot sweet. Totally enjoyed his visit and impressed with the level of knowledge. I highly recommend this company.
From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. We are very happy with Titan Water Heating Repair and they will now be our one and only resource for AC and Furnace repairs. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. Titan Water Heating Repair will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.
One of our 2 AC units just went out. Titan Water Heating Repair were the 1st company I thought of for replacement. Robert came out, gave me several options. The unit I picked is so much more efficient compared to our last one. Josh and his crew had the job completed in record time. The installation looks clean and professional. I'll be using them as well when the next unit goes out.

Called Titan Water Heating Repair to have my a/c unit serviced the day before I had to leave back to Canada. They said that they could fit me in that day and a tech showed up a couple hours later and did service and maintenance so I could rest easy knowing my a/c unit is functioning properly while we're away. Much appreciated!
I have had a very good experience with Titan Water Heating Repair. I've used them for service and repairs for almost 2 years. The servicemen always arrive as scheduled and do very good work. I have had a full explanation of any problem or recommended repair and I've never had to call a second time about a repair. I feel that I have received good value for money spent!

Titan Water Heating Repair are amazing!! First they drive a really cool orange van or truck. It reminds me if Titan Water Heating Repair of hazard. Of course that was on purpose on their part :). Every time I have needed service they were able to get someone out to me same day. I’m without AC, yes I need same day service and they delivered. Always friendly staff when I call and the techs that arrive are super knowledgeable. Tom was awesome and got something done for me that wasn’t even ac related. Well kind of .... my Ac wasn’t working as the breaker was tripping very frequently. Frequent enough that I couldn’t cool the house down. Tom came out and my ac was fine. Instead it was my circuit breaker. It needed replacement. He completed the job. Went out purchased the breaker and took care of my problem. The best service from an AC company I have ever received bar none. Well deserved of my review and the 5 stars.

Issac was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but yet professional when our AC unit was not keeping our house cool in the brutal heat of the summer. I normally do not do reviews but had to give him a 👍🏻 as well as 5 ⭐️!!
It’s never fun when your AC breaks down. Titan Water Heating Repair are seriously great. The service technician is extremely knowledgeable, fast with repairs, and cares about controlling costs. The telephone staff is helpful and very nice. This is the kind of company you wish existed for every significant home repair service. They show up on time and I trust them.
