They service four out of seven houses on my street; both a/c and furnaces. They handle a wide variety of models, and are very good at explaining any problems, as well as doing necessary repairs.
I called for a quote and they were honest and courteous, but they were super busy and I didn’t want to wait so I went elsewhere.
They did an amazing job!! We love our fireplace and they had great customer service. Highly recommend
We had John come over to fix our fireplace and he was a very capable guy to fix it. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he is a great guy. Would highly recommend this company.

Many years ago , me and my father use to pick up scrap metal from here. I will never forget this place. Real nice business and very nice and decent owners.
The Best! I interviewed three furnace installation companies. What inspired me most was their communication and honesty. Erick listened to me and educated me on the process. No big sales pitches like the other guys. The pricing was excellent. Dennis installed the furnace quickly. He was great to have around. My cat adores Dennis. We're waiting on permits from the city to plumb the natural gas. Gina at the front desk is very helpful and nice. USE THESE FOLKS!
This outfit installed a tankless water heater 8 years ago. Which was a flaming disaster performed by an literal crackhead named Brave. We decided to have the unit serviced by another outfit based on the utter incompetence of BNG. WES told us the unit was installed improperly and BNG left out an important item which is necessary for servicing the product! This company should be out of business! They don’t have a ducking clue !

why you have to give any stars I don't get but they got my money and after the 2 year warranty and it was only used 3 months of the first year as I had new floors put in and a kitchen and bathroom remodel so it was May and spring and I did not get air conditioning so after 1 year of use and a partial 2nd the collector box as Greenwood Heating called it FAILED and was full of water when I called Burien Natural Gas he probably the owner said sadly that it would only cover parts and I never heard from them again and I have to call and beg
I've had three furnaces installed in three separate homes of mine over the years. I just pulled up their website to reach out and ask a question regarding the possibility of installing a Nest thermostat at my current home. I was surprised to see previous reviews. I've had three successful installations with good communications and no problems. I'd use them again on any future installations.
the gas heater installed by Burien Natural Gas started to produce a smaller flame. i called BNG to fix. they sent a guy to fix it. i was not at home.he left. i rcvd a bill. it was exactly the same when i came home from work. i notified BNG, but they did nothing. i suffered with a smaller flame for abt a year. then it stopped altogether. i called Ballard Gas. they came out and found a spider in the gas line. removed it. life is good again.
Erick came out to my house and spent a great amount of time with me explaining the nuances in installing the different types of furnaces in my older home. I plan on using Eric to install my furnace when it finally dies
Everyone seems confused about what's going on over there. The receptionist is confused, the owner doesn't answer emails or phone calls. You'd think they'd care more about their business to communicate with their potential customers.
Great local company always looking out for their clients. Communication is the key with any home improvement project. We clearly communicated from the beginning and our job went seamlessly. Thank you guys! Will recommend and use again if the need arises.
I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality of work done and being abandoned after they thought the work was complete. The owner Eric is a liar and John won't answer his cell phone. My review last year was deleted on here somehow ?
