Great people to get the job done quickly and efficiently. With housing something is bound to go broken or needs fixing, this company is quick to respond to helping out with that.
Our AC unit stopped working unexpectedly during a heat wave and so I did what any good natured homeowner would do - call every air conditioner service company in town. AMPM was the first to contact me, the best pricing, and their customer service was top notch- I kept my appointment with them over another company that could get me in sooner, because of their customer service alone. I then received a call from the owner after-hours saying they’re going to be in my area tomorrow, and does tomorrow work instead of our later appointment? Of course I said yes. I was given a text message the day of the appointment to confirm it was still ok to come over. The service tech arrived on time, was clean, wore bootie covers the whole time (we have had it in the past where they put them on initially, take them off when walking around outside and forget to put them back on when they come back in) and explained clearly what had happened and how to fix it, and gave recommendations in layman’s terms so I could relay to my husband (who wasn’t at home) what services we had done. We signed up for their monthly service plan and saved ourselves $90 on the service and now we have someone coming out twice a year to service our unit! It pays for itself and even if they were more expensive, I would still want to go with AMPM. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Bo, the tech, was on time, friendly and explained the work he'd be doing today on AC unit. Was thorough, tested everything before he left. He did a great job and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I'm glad we contracted with AM/PM.
Am/Pm Heating And Cooling came up to Castle Rock and installed a new American Standard system in my house. It's an awesome upgrade from my 20+ year old system! The technician even found an old filter balled up inside my ductwork. I wonder how long that has been in there restricting the flow!
All around a good company. The tech showed up on time and took care of the system quickly. I will be using this company in the future.

AM/PM replaced my heat pump/blower/furnace yesterday. They worked with me to get a high quality system at a very reasonable cost. Once approved they installed in less than a week. They were professional, polite, and had the system installed when they said. We really appreciate our cool home once again given that it is so hot so early this year, especially.

WOW,,,what a great experience with this company. We had a new water heater, new A/C and a new Heater installed..the price was the best in town..the service was professional, friendly and spot on,...they were on time, no excuses, no holdups...no issues...just a perfect experience...Aaron you were amazing..we appreciate all you did for us and we will recommend you to anyone who needs this service...!!!
During the snowstorm our Heat pump died. AM/PM came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I will hire them for the install of a new unit and will definitely be referring them to my buyers and sellers!

The new owner, Aaron and his crew are great! We are senior citizens and even though we have a Home Warranty policy, they could not get anyone here for a week! Bo, from AMPM Heating & Cooling came out the next day (a SATURDAY AFTERNOON) during a cold spell in early December to try to get our Lenox furnace working. Although he couldn’t get it going, he was able to determine the cause and ordered new parts on Monday. He got the parts ASAP and although they were booked up for a 3-day install, Bo came very early (7am!) to get us our much-needed heat. Aaron went the extra mile and filed a claim with Lenox for the parts, (it was at the end of a 10-year warranty) and saved us over $1000. When it was 20 degrees outside my furnace w ent out and didn’t know who to call. I’m so glad I called AM PM heating and Cooling. Aaron and his son Bo _the new owners-came out the same day and got my furnace up and running. They were very courteous and professional. So glad I found them. Will definitely use them again
Our furnace broke my landlord hired them . I want to write a review because they are super kind and helpful team. they were punctual and completed installation of the furnace with in 4 hours. I highly recommend this company,
