I had a great experience with Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning. I was looking for someone to install ductwork for my kitchen range hood. I reached out to numerous places but what set DNA apart from the rest of the places were their knowledge about local building codes and requirements, for example are very familiar with building codes in the Mill Creek area and they inform me about having to get makeup air since my hood was over 400 CFMs. Their knowledge about the type of ductwork you need to install. Also the quality of their customer service. Other contractors fail to disclose this type of information which would have caused us to have problems down the line. I would definitely use them again

After a detailed discussion of my options, I decided to have a new system installed. Ken took care of all of the logistics, and the next day they arrived for the installation. Everything went perfectly and smoothly. All three gentlemen were courteous, professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I am totally pleased and will continue to use Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning for my HVAC needs in the future.
We had 2 AC units replaced and from the first phone call the process was handled with professionalism. James was very responsive even calling me while out of the country. It was a complicated project requiring several days and these guys did a great job! Highly recommended!
The technicians are great. They're always willing to answer questions and explain what they're doing while they're working on your system.
We had a great experience with them. We initially contacted them because we were having trouble getting our heating and cooling system to function properly. They came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job!
I'm so glad I called them! They were able to get me in for an appointment the same day, and they were extremely friendly and professional. My heating and cooling system was not working properly, and they were able to fix it quickly so I could get back in my house and get some sleep!

I've had a few Heating & Air Conditioning repair jobs. I like to try to get to the root cause of issues and not just fix the symptom. That said, I have been able to get some things resolved with very little effort on my part. I like to work with people who are honest, trustworthy and do not mind putting in long hours when it comes time to fix something.
These guys charged me 300 plus dollar for the 12 month membership and then sent a technician and he charged me around $400 but could not repair our AC. I called them so many times but no help. To me it looks like this company is scammer. Try to find more reliable company for your work.
Destiny Heating & Air has been servicing my HVAC system for several years and they have always made sure it works efficiently. Replacing worn out parts at a very fair price.Their service is very good. I would definitely recommend and will hire again Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning.
James was able to locate the problem right away and gave me options before he moved forward to fixing it. I appreciate James for his honesty and straight-forwardness. Prompt and courteous service. I had James come out in the evening to do maintenance on my furnace. Fair price and gave me a few pointers about my equipment. Real professional and skilled. Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning is the place to look out for! My heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year. They sent their emergency response team within hours and was able to fix it up immediately. I strongly recommend!!
We've been using Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning for several years and they are by far the best HVAC service and installation company that we have ever worked with. They are fart in scheduling appointments and their technicians are the best in the industry. Would definitely recommend them.
Best experience I’ve had with any home repair company. Every single person I dealt with was kind and professional. They were all helpful and went above and beyond. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely tell my friends and family to use them!!
