Very prompt and personable. Also very knowledgable and genuine. Daniel came to diagnose my furnace the same night and Mike came out the very next morning to replace my failed furnace. Mark was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgable about hvac as well. Thank you!

The company that installed our furnace no longer supported it. Did a search for the nearest shop and found Bothell Heating and Air Conditioning. Glad I did. Both Mark and Daniel were professional and a pleasure to work with and I recommend using them.

In December we called for a furnace repair because if we removed the filter the furnace ran, but with a filter in, the furnace malfunctioned. Mark sent out a repair person who spent his time on the phone with Mark discussing the issue. He did not fix anything, did not repair anything, he just looked at it. My husband suggested the limit switch could have an issue but both Mark and the repair person said that could not be it. Mark then came over and looked at it. Again my husband suggested the limit switch malfunction but this was dismissed immediately by Mark because "the furnace is only 2 years old". New appliances and technology have issued all the time, a part can be defective. Mark's solution was to start replacing items that were old, but not touch the furnace. He wanted us to replace the flue pipe which is $800+tax although he did not know anything about it or its condition. The fact that our home is 26 years old and the furnace is 2 years old was his reasoning. This was the recommendation; start replacing items and start with the most expensive, versus replacing the limit switch for $5.99. Well, before going down the rabbit hole and wasting money, my husband who is methodical, ordered the limit switch for $5.99 + $6.25 shipping. The furnace has never missed a beat since replacing the switch.

Mark and Daniel were awesome to work with. I needed to repair my furnace quickly given very cold weather, and Daniel swung by in the same day and diagnosed the problem. Next day he repaired the furnace, and the whole house is warm again! I'll be going back to them for future services for sure. Great job, Mark and Daniel!
