They installed a heat pump and replaced our old gas furnace. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Don and Ross did a highly professional job with the installation of our new furnace. They were personable, fast, thorough, and knew what they were doing. One complaint though, Don had stepped on a container lid of "gunk". He did not get it completely removed from his shoe. When coming upstairs to do a final thermostat check, he tracked dirt footprints on our carpeted steps. It is now unsightly. It may take a professional to clean it up.
I had an appointment for them to do an estimate for heat pump and furnace installation. The guy named Jason came and called me, I pickup the phone and before I can say anything he just said "if you don't want to meet I don't have time either" and hang up. I called back a couple of times and he never pick up. I was so confused and not sure if he just made up his mind not to do this or what. I get it the AC companies are all very busy these days but really no reason to be rude. If this is the way the company treating it's customer then I'm happy I did not have a chance to go down the route with them.
Evergreen did an Amazing job- Competitive quote. Great Communication. Prompt installation. Polite and professional install team. Excellent attention to detail. I would use Evergreen again and recommend them to anybody who asked.

We had service done on our furnace and heat pump in August, 2021. The guy who came out was great: he was on time, he was very friendly, he wore booties in the house and did a good job on the maintenance from what I could see. He updated the service log on the side of the furnace too. These guys were the ones who installed our furnace and heat pump (2018) and it’s been working great ever since. Even through these really hot record-setting summer days.
Fantastic experience with Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC. They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit and I couldn't be happier. From the first call to set-up an estimate to the completion of the project it went smoothly. The staff was professional and worked with me on reviewing several options for equipment and installation. We used Evergreen to replace our old furnace and install a new tankless hot water heater. They were extremely professional, quick, and the work is fantastic. Everything looks great and works perfectly. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and friendly folks!
They came out for regular furnace maintenance and did such a great job that we hired them to install our AC. The process took from 8 AM to 5 PM, but they were thorough and clean with everything they had to cut and install.

I am glad to say replacing our 15 (and a half) year old furnace was, outside of the expense of course, a non-event thanks to Evergreen Eastside Heat and AC. What could have been a major chore, production and headache went so smoothly and quickly I almost didn't believe it. Last week our original furnace was on its last legs. Before this week was even half over we had a new and much superior furnace in place. If a furnace could look beautiful in its new home, it did. Not that I am in rush to go thru this again, but if I were to, I would unhesitatingly choose Evergreen for the job.

Technician arrived on time and completed a thorough check of our air-conditioning system. He answered all my questions and provided additional insight on how the air conditioning unit operates.
