Phase Heating & Air Conditioning did a very good job with my residential Heating system. I needed a few repairs to an old furnace system in my sub-basement which is not an easy place to work. The technician arrived on time, worked diligently, didn't complain about the surroundings, knew what he was doing, successfully completed my repairs/improvements, and charged me fairly. I would work with Phase Heating & Air Conditioning again.
My a/c stopped working after a storm. I called on a Monday and Ken was over the next day. He did a thorough check of the system and found that the power outage after the storm reset my thermostat. He programmed it and got it working just in time for the heat wave.

I needed to get my HAVC system fixed since it had been broken for a while. I was referred to Phase Heating & Air Conditioning by a friend and went to them right away. They were very professional, they came on time and did the job properly.

Great company! They were able to come out the same day I called them, and were able to fix my issue for a reasonable price. They also took away all of the old insulation that was in my attic, so I didn't have to deal with it anymore.

We had Ken come out to repair our 2nd floor A/C system. He is knowledgeable and knows how to troubleshoot A/C problems quickly and make repairs to get your air-conditioning back up and running. He completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend Phase Heating & Air Conditioning for air-conditioning and heating repairs and equipment replacement.
I called Mark about the furnace not working around 6 pm on a Friday. He contacted back and made arrangements to schedule the repairs the next day. The repair was completed on Saturday as promised. I highly recommend Phase Heating & Air Conditioning company. I've had very positive experiences with them.
I Reached out to a friend, got the referral, made contact, received a two hour time frame and estimated charge. Service call complete during said time frame, costing same as estimated charge-all within a few hours today. Pleasant and knowledgeable service. Having Dan was aaizing Inspecting my air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure my unit was working at its best. He was detail and he answered all question I had without hesitation. He pointed out any areas that needs attention, and areas that were functioning well. Dan came out on an emergency service call on New Years Eve day and quickly assessed the issue with our furnace. The guys provided me various options to proceed and I decided to replace the furnace. Wonderful installation the nest day and good pricing too. Simply the best!

Phase Heating & Air Conditioning came through big time when it was difficult to get responses from 3 other companies. Reasonable price and they got their specialist installing the new unit within 2 days. Very pleasant. I will definitely hire them again.
