The technician that came over to repair my gas furnace was genuine, kind and professional . He did work beyond expectations and made sure everything was done the right way. He was also fair in working with me for pricing and was prompt in his service. I will definitely be a returning customer to Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning. Couldn't be more pleased.
My outside air conditioning unit had broken down. I went online to read reviews of local companies, spoke with Greg at Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning, explained the situation to him, and he was out working on the unit that same day in the evening. Great, competent, and knowledgeable team working for him. The Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning company has my highest recommendation, as do my neighbours.
I discovered yesterday that my AC had completely failed. I made a call to Destiny Heating & Air. The person who answered the phone was cordial and knowledgeable. Greg, the service technician, was very kind, very professional, and explained everything he was doing to me before he began. also took the time to address queries on the AC system. I'll undoubtedly continue doing business with this company.
This business is exceptional. I had my water heater and air conditioner replaced. Each technician who visited my home provided simple and excellent service. When I was sitting in the heat, they even lent me a makeshift air conditioner. Highly suggested.

A friend who needed an urgent repair suggested Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning. On a Sunday, I called them at seven in the morning; I got Leonard's call, and he arrived in 45 minutes. My air was back on in less than two hours. I was both incredibly amazed and grateful. The technician was skilled, cautious, efficient, kind, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. When we asked him to explain, he was ready.
They were very friendly, and they did everything that they said they would do. They showed up on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating & cooling work done!
Customer of this company and I'm very happy with the services they provide. They were able to install my heating and air conditioning system in less than a day, so I can sleep soundly at night without having to worry about my home being cold. They were also able to fix an issue with my heating system that had been present for months before they arrived.

My mother's unit was not working properly. I contacted Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning and they took care of the problem with in hours. Besides fixing the problem they also service the the unit. That was very nice of them. This company has very nice office staff that are sweet on the phone and they try to accommodate you in any way. The technician guys are also nice and polite. They clean after them self when the job is completed. Keep up the good work. I will recommend them to friends and family.
Needed an emergency repair and a friend recommended Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning. Called them at 7 am on Sunday, received a call from Leonard and he was here in 45 minutes. Had my air back on within 2 hours. I was extremely impressed and relieved. The technician was knowledgeable, careful, effective, nice, and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. He was willing to explain when we asked.
