One the best Hav company in East side. Great service very professional.
Absolutely the worst. My furnace is out. Call them. The schedule a tech to come out next day between 9AM and noon. After noon I call them and someone unprofessional answers. I say there was a technician that was supposed to be out today by noon. No one is here. She says um yeah.... After about a minute of complete silence I say so that was a question, like where is the tech that was suppose to text me before they showed up. She says well honestly we have an emergency and they can't come. When someone starts a sentence with "well Honestely" it's clear that honesty is not normally what they deliver. They had my #. They could have called, they could have texted me. They did neither and the representative had the professionalism of a 3rd grader. Do NOT use these jokers!
Hi-Tech was able to install a new furnace 4 days following failure of old model. Service was done in a day. Area was very clean and old furnace removed and taken away. Job was done in a professional manner and I am very satisfied with result.
I have used all high tech for a number of years. They have always been professional and efficient. Highly recommended

All Hi-Tech has done my furnace and AC maintenance and made minor repairs when needed. Always good work and reasonable prices. They also recently installed a new hot water heater when ours went out. It was done within a day!

This is my first time to leave the google review. I had an appointment with them this morning to fix my furnace. Faisal Muhammad and another coworker are really professional. They identified and fixed the problem very fast--about 20 mins. They are very very honest. They told me that I only needed to change a part. I even asked them whether I needed to change my whole furnace. They told me that no. Thank you so much!---All Hi-Tech Heating! My room is warm now. It really worth waiting. Update: Faisal Muhammad and his coworker replaced the part for me last week. They have done a fantastic job. Faisal found a small broken item inside of the furnace while he was trying to replace the part. He told me that he will come back again to put a new small item back to the furnace. Two days later, they came back again and put a new small item back to the furnace. When I was about to grab the check and ask them how much I should write on the check. Faisal told me that it was free. Can you believe that? Yes, they are awesome. They are professional, honest, and super nice. I highly recommend them to anyone. I no longer need worry about furnace problem because All Hi-Tech Heating is my future must-go-to company.
We have had quality, efficient, and professional service with All Hi-Tech. We have used them for annual tune-ups and maintenance for a few years now.
I have been working with All Hi-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning since 2018. Their first call to my house was on a VERY hot day just before our party started and the air conditioning went out. They were at my house in no time and had the problem fixed before anyone arrived. They have since come out twice yearly to inspect my units and just this week to repair my furnace. They have an amazing communication system that lets you know when they are on their way and there is constant updating. They keep the area clean, are very conscientious, and will always tell you all your options. On the last visit, I suggested that maybe we should replace the furnace. Faisal told me we had more good years from the furnace and just needed to replace two parts. I really trust these guys! We have worked with two other companies for our yearly inspections and every year they wanted to replace things that often were very expensive. I never felt like they were trustworthy, All Hi-Tech had my trust from the first time they came out.
I have worked with these guys for about 4 years now and I love how ethical they are. I'm a realtor and I pay to have them clean and service the furnace in each home I list for sale so it's certified and ready and they are always honest and do a wonderful job. Inevitably with all other HVAC companies I've used, they try and up bid the job with this or that and so then I have to go looking for another company. When I struck on All-High Tec, that never happened. So I'm a client for as long as they are a service provider. I highly recommend them because they are so true to their word.
Same day service done by a professional. Within few minutes was able to isolate the issue and immediately fix it.
I sent pictures of my furnace days before the cleaning appointment, but on the day of my appointment, the technician was late and then I was told that he doesn't have the right equipment. What have you guys being doing before? Was it that hard to take an actual look of the pictures before my appointment? Waste of time.

These people are amazing. I called for a repair toward the end of the day. It could not be scheduled the same day as the tech was busy already, so Kim got all deteals about my issue, called her technician and they suggested ways I may be able to fix the problem myself. It worked and they even followed up to see if I still needed help. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE. THANK YOU
They went far beyond what was expected. We’ve worked with 2 other big names in the area but Hi-Tech was definitely the best. Don’t go anywhere else.
Great service and friendly staff I called on a Sunday evening and The technician was on the phone FaceTimeing with me diagnosing the problem late on Sunday for over an hour. I like the level of professionalism .
