I've used them earlier this year for a repair service and they responded over the weekend. My unit is 15 years old and unfortunately needed to get replaced. TC was able to communicate with me over a few days as I researched my options and different brands since this is an expensive long term investment. He provided a good quote that was comparable or better than some other providers in the area and was not pushy. They did professional work in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the overall results.
I had a great experience with my maintenance appointment. He discovered that my condensate line had clogged and effectively cleared it. System has been working great since!

Thea Chea (owner of TC HVAC) was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis of the issues involved in installing an AC unit it a difficult area. His work was excellent and he installed the unit efficiently and neatly. I highly recommend him.
We were having trouble when we tried to turn on our AC for the first time in our new house last week - it went from 84 to 87 inside! And then luckily it rained so everyone was able to cool off. To avoid any future issues, I emailed an estimate request to TC the next morning and got a call only an hour later and he gave me an appointment for the next day to diagnose the issue - I thought he might return to fix it another day but it only took him and his assistant about an hour to fix everything, and we now have cold air for when the temps rise again. He showed up when he said he would, was transparent about pricing, and took the time to talk me through the potential causes and educate me. I am super grateful for his expertise! I had heard a lot of great things about this company from our friend and realtor Kristen Jacobs Johnson (the best ever!) and our neighborhood groups. I won't go to anyone else for HVAC issues and will call on TC HVAC again when we need maintenance for our system. Also this was a reminder to myself to not use a general contractor for something that a specialist can do better! Unfortunately the whole issue stemmed from our general contractor wiring our new thermostat incorrectly. If you can swing it, it's almost always better to go with an expert in a specific trade than to hire a general handyman or contractor.

110% recommend this company to fix your hvac problems! Before TC I've had Michael and Sons take a look at our AC not cooling the second floor properly, multiple times, and they could not tell us the main problem every single time (is it inconsistent training, or were they intentionally not telling us the truth so they could use us to make a few more bucks, I am not sure - take a guess). Michael and Sons even sold me a few thousand dollar piece to install to the attic, however it didn't do much for us. So finally I was fed up paying way too much for these "services", and did some search for a smaller business, and found TC HVAC Services - I am so glad to have found them! They came on the same day I inquired over Yelp, which was really nice. When they came, they pin pointed the problem really quickly, and even though their schedule was packed, they came back to fix it in a few days. They even tried to check the warranty coverage for us, which I am grateful they tried to save us some money. Thea, the business manager and servicer, is super knowledgeable, honest, and friendly - it also seems he has many trusting clients as well, as he has told us he knows our neighbor and serviced a lot of her extended families in the area. Because of him, I am comfortable and happy now in the heat of summer!

TC offered the best price and value for a complete replacement of my furnace and a/c system. The honest appraisal and timely response was a breath of fresh air compared to the other 4 appraisals I received - outstanding service and awesome to work with. Highly recommend TC HVAC to anyone in this area!
When our A/C died at peak summer heat, they came out on short notice and replaced it promptly, at a reasonable cost and in a most professional manner.
Update: I had an emergence water heater leak and TC HVAC came out the same day to do a complete replacement. They took their time to do a good job, addressed concerns I had with the wiring due to comments from another contractor, and fully explained the operations of the new model. Really happy to have them replace my 25+ year old system! My ancient HVAC system recently failed, so I called two different companies to come out and trouble shoot. TC HVAC Services was by far the better tech, walking me through and verifying the issue without me providing what the first tech had said. He also found another failed component the first tech either missed or didn’t tell me about. He then provided me with an estimate for whole system replacement that was very competitively priced. Highly recommend TC if you’re in the same situation.
I am very happy with the excellent service I have received with the team at TC HVAC Services, llc. They have alway been available to test my HVAC and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the units. I have been a client for the past 2 years and highly recommend them.
SIX OTHER COMPANIES TRIED TO SCAM ME. TC HVAC could of easily gotten me to replace my unit for $1000s but instead they fixed for a couple $100. I was shopping quotes from 7 companies to replace my hydroponic baseboard heaters. Everyone came out and "looked at my unit" then quoted anywhere from $7-11k. Honest employees and company, I will always suggest them to anyone who needs HVAC services. I didn't hear them knock at my door because I was downstairs getting a quote from another company. According to my ring camera they were standing outside for almost 10 minutes and patiently waited. TC HVAC came out and was the first company to ask if they could troubleshoot before giving me a bid. They were able to immediately recognize the issue and fix my unit the same day. I went the entire winter without heat last year because 3 other companies couldn't fix my heater. I wish I called TC HVAC sooner.
