Lincoln was very polite and professional. He put on the blue booties so as not to track dirt into the house. He was efficient and kept us updated as the progress of his check up. Thankfully all is working just fine, the bi yearly check ups are worth the money. He also let me know that there is a hornets nest near one of our outside units, which is truly appreciated since my husband got stung many times from a nest in the front just days before. IAQ always contacts us prior to our appointment so we can put up our dogs. If they are not going to make the window of our appointment time they always call to let us know, usually 1/2 hour into the window. I recommend them, we had our entire first floor redone with duct work and a new system and it was definitly worth the money in these hot summer days.
Once again, Adam Brown shows that he is the key reason that we remain with IAQ. He is the consummate professional. Courteous, knowledgeable, technically skilled, yet can explain things in layman’s terms. He does not pressure or mislead, and we have requested him by name for years.
Extremely impressed with service. Felix Trejo was the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with! If you want to have a better understanding of how to improve you heating/cooling systems, ask for him. He will get your system operating at optimum level.
One of the junior technician from this company came and broke the functioning of my HVAC unit during winter which was caused by the technician making some changes to the wiring of the humidifier which i learnt later. The manager came with the technician to fix the next day and claimed the fix and it still did not work. I reported it through text message within 3 days. Recently they called to schedule my summer maintenance and when i mentioned that they have not fixed the humidifier issue, the scheduler and the manager were so arrogant that they won't fix it without a diagnostic fee and subsequent repair fee for the issue that they caused. I have used them for nearly 10years and i have noticed poor quality of their technicians last few times, this is not the first time. Beware of the quality of work from this business.
The whole Staff were so very helpful. I highly recommend this service. We were without AC and they replaced our 3 ton HVAC system the very next day.
Derrick M came within the specified time frame as promised. Was very thorough with my heat pump and water heater inspection. Answered any questions I had and informed me of current problems to be on the look out for. He's a very good technician.

Our experience with IAQ has always been positive. Today our AC was not working and we placed a call mid morning. Their tech Brit was dispatched to our call. He was professional, knowledgeable and had the AC fixed in no time. Another positive and successful experience with IAQ. I would recommend to anyone.

Brit is always punctual, qualified, respectful! In reference to the company policy to charge me for this specific service, ( Not Brit's decision), I would appreciate this being reviewed by the owner. This was most clearly an auto system update which the company should be aware and informed of prior to charging me. No one in the organization was aware of this system function. I was informed that I would be contacted later and notified as to the cause. When I noticed the system "initialization" being performed on my wall control unit, I called IAQ. It was as much a mystery to everyone I spoke with at IAQ as it was to me. IAQ suggested a service call which I scheduled. No charge should have been made to my account unless and until acceptable. Just prior to this service, Brit had been here for my summer maintenance appointment. I had not run the system after that service until this appointment! Therefore, there was NO reason for any additional charges! The service call was made and necessary because of a control unit display that was unknown and unfamiliar to everyone at IAQ! Somehow, this charge for an unknown display, probably an update, is Unethical and needs to be waived and credited back to me. A customer should Never be charged for issues that the company itself is unaware of and uneducated about. When Dario became aware of how desperate we were he didn't hesitate a moment performing whatever miracle he could find. Dario presented my problem to his A-Team and they took off running to make it happen! No- I wasn't there at the office, I wasn't in the meetings or on the phone calls, but from my own experience, I know what it takes to pull something like this off. Look at my previous review of IAQ and you'll see I've given many kudos to past technicians. HOWEVER, this guy (Felix) was a piece of work! I had two air filters waiting for him when he arrived to perform my semi-annual service. When ready for the first filter change, he asked "where's your filter". I laughed because it was 6 inches from his face. Sitting on a chest by the HVAC system. I was like, "dude, it's right in front of you". Second filter was in the attic. I had the filter placed on a credenza at eye-level so he could grab it when he went up the ladder. He actually took pictures of the ascent into the attic that would've had the filter in it. After he left, I noticed that the filter was still sitting on the credenza. I went to the driveway to catch him before he left. I asked multiple times, how did you NOT change the hepa filter? It was right in front of you. He told me that it was NOT on the credenza where it was placed. Then proceeded to tell me "I didn't see it". So, then I asked, "but you're here for semi-annual maintenance which includes a filter change. How's it possible that you didn't even look at the old filter (that was filthy), and at least ask me if I had a filter?" He proceeded to tell me how he provided a good service and that he took pictures and would show me that the filter was not on the credenza. My wife watched him take pictures of the second filter, but the pictures he showed were in the attic OF THE OLD FILTER STILL IN THE HVAC system, and he REFUSED to show me any other pictures he took (that would've shown the second filter)!!!! ANOTHER ISSUE, I have a humidifier drain that was installed at a reverse angle, meaning the water has to travel UPHILL to get to the AC Drain line. Instead of REPAIRING the inadequate job from the original installation, Felix asked me to find something to sit under the uneven drain line so I wouldn't experience a line clog again (check out the picture of what he called "corrected"). The team has been very friendly and professional, from the sales end to the crew that did the installation today. They were able to come very quickly, came on time, and completed the install of a new high-efficiency dual fuel HVAC system and hot water heater in one day. We think they did a very good job.
We have an annual maintenance plan and highly recommend it. Showed up on time, performed a thorough maintenance, and excellent communication and value and no surprises. Definitely recommend!!!
IAQ Medics knows what they are doing. They do not cut corners or try and upsell you with add ons you do not need. I appreciate their honesty.

The company my son-in-law works for works closely with IAQ Medics. He recommended them when I started looking to replace my HVAC system. They were super easy to work with. I first talked to Scott on a Friday. He put me in touch with Dario that same day. After several phone conversations and text messages (mostly on Saturday) with Dario, we arranged to do the installation the following Wednesday. I was surprised they could do it that quickly since another company said it would be 2-3 weeks after I gave to go ahead before they had everything on hand to do the job. They arrived on schedule. Crew was extremely friendly and worked competent. John took the time to explain the system and thermostats to my son and me (separately since I walked in from work just as he was finishing explaining to my son). I also appreciated that Dario didn’t try to push their top of the line, most expensive products like another company seemed to be doing. Definitely recommend for anything HVAC.
